When ordering a new part that is associated with a customer ticket, you have to use the drop down list to find the ticket. This gets very time consuming as we grow our service work and now have to scroll through all the tickets to find what we are looking for. It would be nice to either have a workflow or Aciton out of the ticket to automatically associate the ticket to the parts New Item, or it would be nice for the tickets field to be searchable like other things in RepairShopr are. Loving the tool, and has already improved our customer service. Keep up the good work.
