    It is not the way we want it, but we have a rental category, we then make rental items and put the qty in at whatever level brings us to a zero cost once we rent it that many times. At least we know when we start making good money then. We then print a rental agreement. Have customer sign and attach it to a ticket in RSR. Once item is returned we resolve the ticket. We really need a separate rental calendar tied to the inventory.

    We would like to see this as well because we are an outdoor power equipment store and we have rental units for customers to use.

    We were prepping to start this and realized the narrow-scope version we were willing to commit to would just make most people upset that we “built it half way” – but we aren’t in a position to compete with docusign/etc and spend a year building a proper solution.

    We could more easily help make a zapier/webmerge solution work if you wanted some automation, if we get a lot of feedback supporting that idea I’ll make it happen pretty quickly.

    This would be especially nice when we schedule the reports and email. I do not at this point trust that Last Week as I define it matches what last week was in RSr.

    Same issue here, we have rope that we sell by the inch. We really need this to be more than 5000. Why is there a limit?
