IN QB Online I can use the same email on more than one account. Repair Shopper is not letting me. QB Online is the better idea. Help!

Make customer profile page customizable
Current design it's not intuitive. Tickets/Invoices/Estimates are on two sides of the page. Make the page dynamic and able to move those groups to wherever the user wants on the page.
IE: I want Tickets/Estimates/Invoices to flow from top to bottom in the left column.

Ticket Automation Outside Business Hours
Use ticket-automations to automatically reply to customers that send us responses or new tickets outside of business hours (after-hours and on weekends) based on their SLA. Here's an example of what I'd like for the email to say; something like this: "Thank you for your update to ticket # {{ticket_number}}. Our support hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, and will address your ticket promptly between those hours. If you require after-hours assistance, please have an office manager or supervisor sign this approval form, and email to support@domain.com {{url to our online form}}."

bump a ticket
Hey guys, I've been using Repairshopr for a few days and I want to love it. The problem I'm facing is that some of my projects go on for a few days, or we have to chase users and they say 'I'm busy call me next week" etc, etc.
My question is how do I schedule, bump, hide a ticket so that it will re-open or a reminder will go off to come back to it. My current ticket list is massive and a lot of these are just waiting.

Bin system
Two things that our company would really like to see
a) have each location determine their own prices
So in the inventory for example, each location can choose how much stock they have for each part. We also need to have this flexibility for prices at each location.
b) A device location function.
We would like to have a "device location function".
Make this mandatory option that comes up in the ticket.
We need two fields:
1) one to determine if it is a phone, tablet, laptop, PC, or Other device

change the way the Vendor list in Inventory opens
at the moment you have to click on it and then scroll to the vendor you want, it should be like all other fields that let you start typing the name and it jumps to it.

Allow for using up to 3 decimal places on items in a Purchase Order
Problem: Purchase order with 5 of the same item. The total cost to me is $134.01. So, the exact cost per item is $26.802. RS will only allow me to add up to 2 decimal places, giving me an incorrect cost by a penny. I have to add the penny difference into "Other Charges" in order for the PO to be correct. Please allow for up putting in up to 3 decimal places so that we can see exact costing on our Purchase Orders. Thanks so much.

Stock Take Issue
I can not assign stock take to employees without giving them full access to settings and other things, as of now inorder for my employees to do stock take i have to a) be in the store and start the stock take and switch over to there profile for them to complete or be give them full admin access to the stock take which defeats the purpose of the security groups of stock take list reconcile and edit because a smart employee could go in and mark those because they now have full access. Bank Deposit Reconciliation
i would like to have a cash control option that gives a quick summery of the deposits that should go into the bank nightly so you would set your draw to the till amount (the amount that you keep on hand) and at the end of the z report or a regular report if needed to be separate it will give you expected cash deposit amount.

warn on reply to blank email, or disable reply-to-customer
We occasionally start tickets for phone-only customers, then reply from ticket without noticing it's going into a black hole. A warning would be handy, or disabling the reply-to-customer box if there's no email for it to go to :-)

Email dormant customers
Add the ability to send an email to any customer that has not had an tickets created for a period of time.
I want to send an email to all customers that have not used us for 12 months.
I know I can do a blast after 12 months of closing a specific ticket, but this will not achieve the same result as they may have had another open ticket with us.

SMS Gateway API to send/receive directly from android phone
SMS Gateway API is a service that allows you to send and received messages programmically from your android phone https://smsgateway.me/what-is-sms-gateway-api
It would be awesome if this could be integrated into Repairshopr. We would be able to send/receive sms directly from our android phone.
This would simplify things greatly and the client would receive the sms from our caller ID. Great for those of us in Australia and other countries that need to use US gateway services through Repairshopr.What do you think of this idea?

point of sale items using form
when using point of sale with form as barcodes do not always work you have to clear complete line before you can reenter item - if this does not work its ends up repeating item and then you have to clear the whole lot and start again as you can not always remove one item as the bin line does not work - very annoying

Labour component for inventory items
Would be great to be able to include labour in an inventory item so one only needs to add one item for an invoice and its easy for customers to see how much labour is allocated to each item.
Plus when updating the sell price if an item its easy for staff to see to new total price.3 votes -
Right Click Custom Search
We often have to look for parts from different suppliers. I wanted a way to keep from having to type things a lot and also a way that, once we found the part number once, we could easily search multiple distribution points. Have the option for bundled elements to be seen on the invoice as individual items.
It would be nice to be able to have the option of letting the bundled items be printed on the customer's invoice like a package or a kit.

Purchase Order Import
having the option to import a purchase order using the same csv file structure as the export function.

Generating report options ..
When generating a report involving any type of sales number information it would be nice to have a drop down option in the report to select if you want the results displayed as "Cash Basis" or "Accrual Basis".
