Need access to customer Wikis within the mobile app
We really need the ability to access to our created Wiki's within RepairShopr from within the mobile app. Instead of having to switch over to a browser, navigating to the website and logging in.

More Price Levels, Set Levels Manually or by Markup, Assign Levels to Clients
In the system I am moving away from I had 5 price levels. Each level could be set to a particular markup, so you could have Cost, 5%, 15%, 25% type of thing. And then the most powerful part is that a client could be assigned a default price level so all items were priced by their level.

Add software product keys to an asset
When installing e.g. MS Office or AV software there is nowhere to record the product key that associates it with the asset it was installed on.
Currently we put it on the ticket but searching the tickets for it is a time drain. We also put it on the account details but it gets messy.

add a field in recurring invoices for Stored Credit Card
When stored credit cards are updated, they do not update on the recurring invoice. It would be very helpful if you could go to the recurring invoices list and there was a field that showed whether a recurring invoice had a stored credit card file selected or not. We have had so many times where someone updated the stored credit card but did not go into the recurring invoice to update the recurring invoice to point to that new card. It would be nice to see from a glance if there are any recurring invoices that are not going to…

Editing Private Comment Update Drop Down Menu Items
In the private comment section, there is an update drop down menu. I would like to suggest being able to edit that drop down menu to add more items like "Testing" or "Pricing" so It would be more clear in the comment section, rather than scrolling through trying to find what comment is what. Because sometimes there are customers who have long lists of comments and a tech may need to sift through all the comments in order to find a previous pricing options list discussed before hand. I don't know I think it may be more convenient.

After take deposit, option to go right to the invoice
On the "Take Deposits" after you click on "Take Deposit" then select an "Other Amount" and it is ready to take payment. Make an easy way to go back to the ticket without "Taking payment." In some cases I want to email the invoice or mail the invoice. It might be better after clicking on Take Deposit to just go straight to an invoice.

New Customer "Create estimate" option
When you create a "New Customer", besides the "Create Customer" and "Create Customer With Ticket" buttons. I would also like to see "Create Customer with Estimate"

Assign tech to part orders when they are placed on the ticket.
Currently an employee has to look over every part order after it has been invoiced and assign the tech that placed the part order so they can receive credit for it. It would be nice if this was automatically done when the part order is placed. Also this way if there is an issue with the order it is clear who placed it.

Link to invoices in messages
For example, when we get notifications that invoices have had a late fee added, link to that invoice in the message.

Allow Zapier to create a new appointment in RepairShopr
We do most of our repairs by appointment. We currently use a Zap that is triggered when we schedule a new repair in our scheduling software, and it is able to create a new customer and a new ticket in RepairShopr. However, it is not able to also create an appointment in RS. Would love to be able to skip the step of manually adding the appointment in RS in able for our techs to see the appointment in the RS app.

Lock Estimates (from editing) that are approved / declined...
Locking an estimate from being edited after it's been approved / declined; would be advisable. Similar to a invoice being locked.
If a change needs to happen; then the estimate needs to be either cloned or UN-Approved/Declined.
We run into situations where a customer may approve an estimate; and then someone goes and changes / updates items in the estimate after approval... making it very difficult to track changes.
This would be helpful.

tax inclusive/exlusive label
When entering a new product into inventory, the retail price advises to enter the tax inclusive price, but the price cost does not advise one way or the other - it makes in unclear as to whether the price should be tax inclusive or not. It would be good to have the field label amended to indicate whether tax is included or not. E.g. Price cost (tax exclusive).

Ticket Collaborators / Multiple recipients
For our support tickets we have moved from "OSTicket" to RS. One feature being a constant pain for us is we can't seem to setup multiple recipients to updates (OSTicket called these collaborators).
If someone emails in for support with a CC list we need those automatically included for all responses. Also i would be good to see a list of the other contact email addresses for any client so that we could tick to include them or exclude them much like you provide for reports and whom to receive.

Use barcodes for adding charge on app
It would be great to be able to use barcode on the app when adding a charge to the customer ticket. On the app it lets you search the item by typing it's name. Would be great to be able to use the barcode function the app already has in it.

Technician Boot Stock allocation feature
Would it be possible for you to have stock be allocated to a technician for boot stock / consignment stock purposes. This way we'll always know what stock a technician carries with him and when he needs new stock, as they are booked out to jobs.

Add Note field to each Line Item on PO
In my previous application there was the ability to add a Note to each line item on a PO. I found this very helpful to keep track of what product was for a client as I generally order as needed and there would be multiple items for different clients on most PO's.

SMS Sending with Completed Comment
It would really be nice to be able to send an SMS comment along with the completed comment. As of now we have to mark it complete, then make an additional contacted comment to let the customer know their device is ready for pickup

Save Payment receipts and or email them directly to customer
As of now i have to download the receipt, save it locally, then upload it to the attachments on the Customers page.
