Toggl Time Tracking - Needed for Multiple Techs
We need a way to track time better.
Here is the problem.
The repair shopr built in timer does work hardly at all on a mobile phone browser.Toggl works awesome but Repair Shopr only allows one Person.
So all this equals no good way to track time for onsite jobs.
So how are my techs supposed to keep track of Billable time when they are onsite? If they do this manually and say they can put it in later we will miss billable time which cost us money. Techs wont remember the exact time at each job and we…

Would love to see integration with Citrix's GoToAssist Remote Support. They have great API's!

bundling or packaging items on the fly
preparing a bundle in advance for sale is nice maybe if you are selling flowers or coffee. in our business we often group several items together on the fly when creating an estimate for a customer. you should be able to select two or more items create a package. you should be able to view your cost and then insert a sale price for the package. when you print or email the quote the customer would see only the package price not the individual line item pricing.

Warranty System / Assets
I would like to be able to add / track warranty's from the assets tab. Also I would like to be able to include more information like serial #'s.
The current "PDF Warranty" doesn't work well as it does not auto scale to the amount of text you have in your warranty template. (mine is large since it includes terms and conditions).
It would be nice if we could manually edit or enter the certificate #

QR Codes instead of barcodes
Wouldn't it be nice that if I grab a device for repair, the ticket would have a QR code that when I scan that with my mobile phone, I get the mobile page for the related ticket? Barcodes are a nice idea, however I think QR Codes would work better in this instance.

Reminder button in ticket and customer view.
This button would allow reminders to be place on the calendar and in the reminder section. Allowing for easy follow ups without creating ticket just yet.
This can also be merged with the Appointment button, but with an options menu; appointment or reminder or followup.

project management - Upcoming Jobs
I really would like to see some sort of Project Management... I need something for all the TO DO or upcoming jobs. Mabe like a job board that Field techs can pick from when they have a down time to work on projects or jobs. I keep having a hard time managing all the TO DOs out there. Stuff that really doesn't need a ticket until we go to do it..

Quick Email to existing customers
Once in a while we just want to send a quick email message to a customer, but still have it appear through their portal (to be able to track it with their account).
For instance, someone wrote "please update our billing email address to xxxxxx@yyyy.com" on a piece of paper along with their mailed in payment this month. It would be cool to make a quick email in their account that says "Hey. We just updated your email as requested. Thanks!" Without creating a ticket, and still have everyone know that it was taken care of.

field jobs info disappears
When hovering over field jobs, the information pop up disappears almost immediately. Would be better if the information stayed up until the mouse was no longer hovering over the appointment.

Make restricted inventory items for only authorized users
Loving the new "merged" inventory system! It was such a pain having to choose which location the inventory item was at. However, there was one nice feature:
I have 10 techs, 3 managers and 1 district manager, plus me. With the old inventory system, we were able to add items like "manager discount" to a non-standard location, and only allow managers to "log in" to that location. That way, only a manager could issue a "managers discount" line item.
With all inventory items available to all users, there are no items available to specific users. Also, there is no work…

Web design and hosting services module
My idea is to integrate a module to sell and invoice other services which could really use the existing recurring invoicing feature.
Its no news that computer repair is becoming very competitive as computers become more popular and most of us have emerged into other related industries such as web design, hosting, security systems and even printing.

Combine 'Update Type' in ticket comments with ticket 'Status'
In order to provide transparency with the customer, as well as making ticket management easier, wouldn't it make sense to combine these two fields? eg. PC has been fixed, ticket for that job is marked as 'Resolved' and it sends an email/SMS out to the customer notifying them of that, as well as a custom message sent on the technician's behalf.

Survey system for RepairShopr, integrated with customer tickets
Include functionality similar to MarketR where a customer receives an automated email response after a ticket has been closed, asking them to rate the company/tech, using custom fields. This would be a nice way to gauge customer satisfaction and can be kept as simple as possible. The survey will be tied to the customer and / or ticket for later review, and reporting module could be incorporated.

Ticket title on the dashboard description
It would be very helpful to have the ticket title apart of the dashboard short description. (Email isn't helpful at a glance if space needs to be made)

Mobile Barcode or App.
Being that a lot of us in the shop use iPhone's or iPad's; having a mobile barcode option to quickly pull up a client would be very handy. I'm not sure if this can be done via the mobile version of the site or not but also an App (even if just tied to the mobile version website) would be awesome!

Add Source Description to Vendor Profile
It would be nice to have a primary reference note for each vendor in the system. Some vendors have dumb names and it's hard to remember what we use them for. I'd like to make their primary field identify what we use them for - like ABC Manufacturing Inc (Laptop Chargers).

Ability to sync Google Tasks with dashboard reminders
I am sure the Google Tasks API is just an extension of the Calendar API - It would be great if I could have all of my reminders/tasks in one place (especially on my mobile/tablet). How easy would it be to implement this?

Setting up reports to auto run and email to employees
