Ticket title on the dashboard description
It would be very helpful to have the ticket title apart of the dashboard short description. (Email isn't helpful at a glance if space needs to be made)
We’ll be looking at the dashboard for further improvement.

This would be really helpful as we often have more than one ticket per customer, and or the Ticket preview on the dashboard?

I also would like to see the ticket title/subject on the dashboard. For my mechanics the ticket number really isn't helpful. Being able to see the ticket issue and/or subject would be valuable data for the mechanics to see at a glance to determine the days workload.
