QR Codes instead of barcodes
Wouldn't it be nice that if I grab a device for repair, the ticket would have a QR code that when I scan that with my mobile phone, I get the mobile page for the related ticket? Barcodes are a nice idea, however I think QR Codes would work better in this instance.

Totally agree! I print a QR code on my labler of the URL page of the ticket. I scan the QR code when out in the field and it brings up the ticket instantly. The RS app does not work. I do not know what the use of the APP is for. It does not work as well as the web based document.
Printing a QR code on the ticket would be FANTASTIC.

It would be nice to replace the barcode with a QR code entirely. or at the very least replace the repair ticket with a QR code instead of the barcode.

I would like to be able to scan using QR codes as well. My techs out in the field could then scan items from the Van into the ticket charges using their phones.

agreed, i honestly havent gotten as much utizilation on the customer side with barcodes, great for POS and inventory, when i try to scan for a customer look up or invoice i get nothing most times. maybe im doing something wrong
