CSV export for Purchase Orders (and maybe other things too)
I'd love to be able to get a csv file export for Purchase orders. This would give us a lot more flexibility with our inventory management, and allows us to use a custom label printing solution.

Schedule text messages for a later time and date
Sometimes we work late and need to text a customer that the device is ready or remind them to pick something up. We don't want to text them @ midnight however we will forget it by the morning. It would be great to schedule it for a later time. In addition to this it would be great to setup auto texts if the ticket is in a certain state. For instance we have a state called PUP for pending user pickup. It would great to automatically trigger a text every <time period> for that status to harass some of our…

Update ticket status from new ticket comment
When adding a ticket comment, we would like the ticket status to automatically update (which it already does in some cases) and directly match the Update Subject/Update Type. For example, if "Diagnosis" is selected, not only would that update the Diagnostic step in the Progress, but it would also update the ticket status to "Diagnosis". Or, if "Parts Arrival" is selected, then the ticket status would update to "Parts Arrival".
It would also be beneficial if we could add additional options to the Update Subject/Update Type and have those automatically update the ticket status when used as well.

Change where email replies come in
Currently if you send an appointment to a customer, if they reply (yes that's great, see you then etc) the reply comes in as a new ticket. in our business, we do not need a ticket for every job - we only use tickets for jobs that come in the workshop. If an engineer goes out to a customer, we hope to solve the problem off site therefore we don't need a ticket. I would like these replies to come back to my email address, not a new ticket

Add UPC code into repairshopr that syncs with woocommerce
I noticed there is a sku column when you import products into repairshopr. When you sync with woocommerce it seems that woocommerce generates it's own UPC number for each product. Any chance there is either a way to import our own upc code that matched the ID code in repairshopr?

need to make it so the estimate creator can filter their estimates so they can work their leads for multiple salesmen or at least add a field on the manager with the creator

checkbox for renewable products in inventory
please add a checkbox on the product details page to check if that product should be renewable.
that would give the availability to select the next renewal date when added to an invoice.

Automatic Printing for Specific Ticket Types
Would be great if we could select a set of Ticket Types or Custom Ticket Types to have automatically print.
i.e. We do a lot of Helpdesk (remote) jobs which we have no need to print ticket receipts. But for jobs that come into the Workshop we would give a ticket receipt. Although it is very easy to forget to print one.

digital Signature
Suggestion.. . why not add a “click to Sign” for everywhere there is a Digital Signature.
Sure would be better than people using a mouse or not doing it at all !

Fix bug in Inventory search and add a search filter for enabled/disabled items
On the Inventory tab, I search for Labor in the search field. Results are my two currently enabled Labor items.
Alternatively, I leave the search box empty and set the category to Labor: Results are the two currently enabled Labor items AND also two currently disabled labor items.
I expect the same results using both search methods.
I suggest adding two checkboxes:
One default checked to include enabled inventory items
Second default unchecked to include disabled inventory items6 votes -
Be able to assign loaner assets to tickets
We offer loaner machines to our customers while their machine is in the shop for repair. Currently, it appears that assets only belong to a customer in sort of a 1 to 1 relationship. Could we make assets that live in a 1 to Many relationship? This way the asset could be assigned to a ticket for checkout and then removed from the ticket once the item has been returned.

As an MSP I deal with business clients. It would be GREAT if we could add their logo, and perhaps some other basic customization options to their portal.

Add More Accurate Cost on Purchase Orders
We should be able to edit the "Total Cost" on purchase orders because some items are past two decimal points. We ordered an item that totals $14.90 for a quantity of 12. The actual cost is $1.2416666 which the system will only allow $1.24 which only comes to $14.88 which doesn't match so I had to add random cents to make it work.

Recurring invoices & tickets - can these be displayed under the customer card
There is a lot of information on the Customer card, but "Recurring Invoices" are not listed. When updating stored payment methods you almost always have to go into recurring invoices to change the payment method, so it would be very convenient to have recurring invoices and maybe recurring tickets (while you are at it) listed under that customer.

Automated E-Mail or Text Messages for Ticket Changes
when i mark tickets ready for pick up, invoiced, waiting on customer, I think it would be wonderful if it sent out a canned response such as the one we use,
Greetings from Dr. Apple. Your Device is Ready for pick up. We are open from 10am-6:30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, 10am-5:30pm Wed, & 11am-5pm Sat, Thank You
one less link in the chain, repair shops is great but it almost takes an employee dedicated to it when you reach the volume we do here.

Link asset to a contract
Our business is mostly services contracts,
it would be nice to be able to link an asset to a contract in a way that when you open a contract you would be able to see the asset, as well as when you open an asset you see it has a contract.

Would it be better to have a contract cover all assets without having to select them??

Allow Email's Subject Customization
It would be great to change the default email's subject. Specialy for non English speakers like us that are trying to translate every customer side aspect of the app. Subjects like: Estimate Attached (emsg# 73550) confuse people that doesn't speak English.

Introduce Multiple Barcodes under a single UPC/ Product ID
Many products have multiple barcodes on them. Obviously there is the UPC (That should always be unique but with one supplier we have can and does change regularly). Then there may be, for example, a serial number, a product ID or various other ones.
We came to you from WASP Barcode Point of Sale. The ONLY thing they did better than you guys was allow a UPC plus several other searchable barcodes per item.
This would be marvellous if you could allow alternative searchable barcodes Pleeeeze:D
