digital Signature
Suggestion.. . why not add a “click to Sign” for everywhere there is a Digital Signature.
Sure would be better than people using a mouse or not doing it at all !

We are using Apple product and are ASP for Apple.
If it is not compatible on Topaz pads; it will be frustration while prevent us to goes green.
Still, we need to go back to conventional way to have customer sign off the intake form.
we hope repair shop will hear us as payee customer to repair shop. -

The issue with workflow is that Repair Shopr is marketed as being compatible with Apple Products. Apple doesn't make touch screen computers and topaz pads don't work Macintosh computers. Which means our only options (while staying in the Apple line of products) are 1. to do all check's and ticket creations on an iPad. 2. start the checkin/ticket process on the computer and then switch over to the iPad to capture the intake signature. Both of these have inherent issues, and slow down the check in process in different ways. It is frustrating that repair Shopr doesn't have a solution to capture for Mac/Apple only users outside of an iPad/iPhone.

And add the date to autofill/auto populate next to the signature.

The drawing plugin is really for touchscreen computers, tablets, etc. If you are in your office you should probably not have people draw with a mouse, OR click to sign - you should use a tablet or a topaz. We are not going to adjust this for internal flows like this for sure.

This appears after generating a ticket if you use intake forms. or if you have enable signature on payment screen too.
