  1. Device Repair Widget Changes!

    So, i really love the device repair widget, it does almost everything I wanted to integrate into my website for lead generations.

    However, the flaws i've found with it, is the customize ability with the general settings of the widget itself. ( Type, model, color, network, issue)

  2. Late Fee ENHANCEMENTS to indicate Payment Terms

    1. Can Late Fees be upgraded to adjust the QTY to how many times the late fee has incurred (ie. If it's a once per month charge and it's three months past due it would be QTY 3). Then, just leave the RATE field as-is for the late charge on the invoice.

    2. Can you make the late fee's description on invoices read out the way we have it listed in Payment Terms? So instead of it just saying "Late Fee" with no explanation, it would say something like "Late Fee: $5…

  3. Customer Portal New Ticket Form Template

    Right now if a customer logs in to the customer portal they can view their tickets and info. There is a button to create a new ticket but the form it opens is incredibly basic and needs to be a template like other forms. I understand that keeping things simple for customers is good but the more information we get up front the easier it is to help them. Another option could be to have it use the repair widget because that is already easy to use and customizable.

  4. Appointment change log or history

    I would like to see a user/timestamped change log for appointments preferably attached to the customer for easy recognition. This could be implemented into the existing communications tab, or a new separate one if need be.
    My reasoning behind this is to track changes made to appointments (ex: multiple reschedules, intentional/unintentional deletions by users, and modifications made).
    Presently all we have to go on is the initial appointment email in the communication log. If the appointment was changed and no email sent there is no log of the change and if it was deleted it just disappears from the calendar…

  5. Ability to clone assets

    It would be nice to be able to clone an asset type. I have multiple asset types, each with the same fields. As it stands now, when I create a new asset type, I have to manually add each field to that asset type. If I could clone the asset type and its fields, all I would need to do is change the name of the asset type.

  6. Contract hour tracking

    Need a separate time tracker for contract-based hours, similar to pre-pay hours in customer's details.

    For example, our contracts include an xx amount of remote and on-site hrs on monthly basis. I created Line Items called Monthly Remote and Monthly On-site to assign them within the contract page, and to track them within tickets. So if the customer has 10 remote and 3 on-site hrs, how do I go about tracking usage for both on the customer's details page? The only workaround I found was to go through each invoice per ticket, and manually calculate time used per line item…

  7. Allow Pre-Paid hours to go into Negative

    Allow Pre-Paid hours to go into Negative mode. When we sell Pre-paid blocks of hours, and ticket work time gets applied towards it, sometimes the work time is longer than the client has available. Currently, the account will show the balance of 0, but we need it to go into whatever negative time they went to (-2.5, etc), so we can bill for it accordingly.

  8. Can we make it simple to add a "serialized" product to an already serialized item?

    without the need of going through "Purhcase Order" quantity update?
    If I have 3 phones all exactly the same, and I serialize them, if I get a fourth phone, the same as the other three, I want to be able to simply add it to the "serialized" list of items. Instead, when I try to do that, there is no option to aggregate another device. Once you serialize an item for the first time, you cannot add anything to it.

  9. Add Pending Order Filters

    I would like to suggest adding the following columns, filtering and sorting options to the pending orders screen

    1) Add a vendor column to the pending orders list. Currently when viewing the pending orders screen this is no way of knowing which vendors you need to place orders with. This is a problem when you deal with many vendors and applying a filter for each one individually is unnecessarily time consuming.

    2) Provide an option to filter out those items already on purchase orders. We order twice a week from our major vendors and it is common to have 3…

  10. Allow for customised titles within the widget flow

    Allow for customised titles. Not all of our jobs are repairs. We do standard equipment servicing too. Describing each job as an "Issue" isn't always correct when collecting details within a widget flow.

  11. Merge as Contact

    We often get requests from individuals either using a personal e-mail account for company requests or from customers who only use gmail addresses for their business. We need a "merge as contact" option to get their account merged in to the main account but preserve their contact info so future requests automatically come in under the main company account. Currently, we have to merge their account and then manually add their contact information.

  13. inventory custom fields

    Hey Guys, I have customers call me up all the time looking for specific specs (such as an i5 laptop with 8GiBs of RAM) and I've noticed that it is indeed a bit cumbersome to find what I have in stock.

    Then it dawned on me... Why not have the ability to add "custom fields" (or a worksheet) to an inventory part and have that info searchable through the inventory module?

    I'd love to be able to enter the specifications of a laptop, desktop, etc when I'm creating the listing and be able to search for them afterwards.

  14. Add location tab to assets

    Maybe I'm the only one, but I feel like the asset manager could use some adjustments to become a more valuable tool. I would love to see assets get the same level of location tracking as inventory items. It would be nice if you could assign an asset to one of your locations the same as in the inventory and then use the logistic transfer request for assets the same way you would with inventory items.   15. Office 365 Sharepoint and OneDrive Intergration

    It would be very useful to link with our office 365 system for tools such as OneDrive to store Documents and Data and use the powerful intranet tools found on Sharepoint such as Team Collab and Team Feed (not available in wiki).

  16. Parts orders link to Purchase order ?

    I'm new to the system - am I missing something ? Do I really have to create a part order on the ticket and then go to another tab and create a purchase order to the vendor using copy and paste ? our previous software has this all in one flow - you create the ticket, work out what part you require and send that info straight to the vendor on email. The ticket number was linked all the way through, so that when the parts arrived, the ticket number automatically came up. Can someone please help ?

  17. Allow different invoice templates by customer.

    I have some clients that I do third party work for that require an invoice without my logo and business info on it. However I would like to be able to have my contact info and logo on all of my other invoices. It would be great to be able to choose from an invoice template, or designate a certain template to a certain customer.

  18. Technician KPI dashboard

    I would like to have a dashboard that provides feedback to technicians on an ongoing basis that shows tham how they are progressing with their KPI's.

    In particular, I have set monthly service revenue targets for each technician and for the technical team overall to work to. This would need to exclude parts sales and other inventory sales.

    If anyone can create custom dashboard widgets and custom reporting, I would be interested in engaging your services.

  19. Xero Integration (Product Mapping Update Needed) ItemCode to UPC code mapping

    We need products in Repairshopr and Xero to map more logically (or at least have a more logical choice).

    Let me explain...

    Current functionality: Repairshopr Inventory Names connect to Item Codes in Xero.

    Reasoning for current functionality: ItemNames and ItemCodes are both required fields in Repairshopr and Xero.

    Problem: RS names should not connect to an itemcode (generally a number) in Xero.

    Logically... we should have these two options

    Option #1 (Preferred): Repairshopr Inventory UPC connects to Xero ItemCode
    Option #2: Repairshopr Inventory Name to Xero Inventory Name

    Let's get this changed so it makes more sense.

  20. Sell Store Credit as Inventory Item

    I would like to start a residual program that allows people to pay monthly for AV/Monitoring with an Addon that accumulates store credit for hardware replacement.

    At its core, i would like an inventory item that sells x dollars of store credit when it's sold. This would be part of the Re-occurring Invoices module. As each cycle completes the customer would get x dollars of additional store credit added to their account. When they had to make hardware purchases, like replace a machine, the store credit is there separate of the prepay hours to cover the cost of the machine.
