Add location tab to assets
Maybe I'm the only one, but I feel like the asset manager could use some adjustments to become a more valuable tool. I would love to see assets get the same level of location tracking as inventory items. It would be nice if you could assign an asset to one of your locations the same as in the inventory and then use the logistic transfer request for assets the same way you would with inventory items. Our company has a lot of assets that move from location to location for service and other use so right now we have custom fields which gets to be a pain to keep track of. Just a thought anyways

As time has gone on I have a more in depth view of the asset manager tool. Definitely would be nice to have a standard tab for location that would use your actual Repairshopr locations. We have multiple store locations with many more storage locations. It would be nice to have this listed on the asset rather than needing to add a custom field to every asset type. Also it would be nice if drop down fields could be searched. Drop downs are great to keep consistent answers to custom fields but you can't search for what is in a drop down. Also if an asset could be connected to an inventory item that would be great. Asset manager allows for tracking of tickets but some assets that may need to be on a ticket can also be an inventory item.
