  1. Return to Previous Status After Customer Reply is Read

    This would be EXTREMELY helpful. A lot of times we don't remember what status the ticket was in and have to spend a few minutes figuring it out. It also results in technicians not seeing work that needs to be done until we move the status back.

    I know this feature wouldn't be helpful for some workflows but it would be nice to have it as an option that can be enabled!

  2. feature idea

    hello i have an idea for a useful feature.

    The feature would be a option to setup a popup when customer name is typed and selected. So that we can put custom message such as WARRANTY IS VOID for this customer or customer has attitude avoid service, and similar stuff. I know there is hidden notes but its in the bottom and sometimes no one reads it.

  3. mailchimp

    Mail Chimp integration ideas

    Would love to be able to select a saved search and be able to sync to Mailchimp.

    This would allow us to use the powerful features of mailchimp with our great RepairShopr software that has all of our customer info already.

    This would allow us to have separate customer lists in mailchimp and would be nice to sync back/forth.

  4. Enable Add asset within new customer creation

    I would like the ability to add a new asset within the new customer creation form. When a new repair customer comes in, I'd like a more streamlined way to add their instrument(asset) instead of having to create the customer, then click on assets to add an asset to the customer. Then start the ticket. Create customer w/asset then directly to ticket. :)

  5. add due date to calendar

    I'd like the option to show due dates on the calendar (without it counting as a scheduled event) to help visually remind myself and other technicians that a ticket is coming due. We are used to seeing when things are due on google calendar so this would be helpful as I transition the shop over to repairshopr.

  6. Email Reminder: Tickets Due Tomorrow

    This has great potential, but should have custom options like When it is sent. Right now I receive these emails at 10pm the night before they are due. This doesnt allow for much follow up time. Being able to pick when this sends as it applies to the individual businesses should be available.

    A report that lists prices without cost would be customer-viewable, and be very handy to print out for reference.

  8. Add Global Attachment

    I would like a section of the system where I can upload a file and have it globally available to attach to ticket emails, estimates, the "Email to Customer" from the customer page, etc.

    The reason for this is that we have multiple forms that are sent to every new customer that calls in. Having this available would be extremely useful, as right now we need to attach a blank form to every new ticket we create as well as for every estimate.   10. Customer list add navigation to top

    Put the navigation at the top in addition to the bottom. Sometimes I know what I need isn't on the first page and having to scroll all the way to the bottom is annoying.

  12. Enable us to add attachments from the additional Information>Attachment section

    I think it would be faster if there was an area in the Additional information>attachment section instead of having to remember that to attach a document you need to go under the small action button.

  13. "charge time now"

    Can we set the "Charge time now" option to be enabled by default on no contract clients?

    For clients that are on a managed services agreement, we do not charge per time, so it is OK that this is turned off. However, for break/fix clients, it would be nice to have this option ticketed automatically as it would make the invoicing much easier.

    We do not want to techs to be concerned with billing so we do not ask them to tick that and I then have to go through all entries in the report and mark them every week…

  14. Bundle/Bulk/Block repair tracking via "point buckets"

    I would like to be able to sell blocks of repairs which would be purchased by client upfront. Then the client retains a credit for the denomination of units in the block purchase. This units would be deducted at time of use until insufficient credits remain.

    some of the uses:
    1) pre-selling billable hours
    2) pre-selling bulk repairs (especially useful for lower cost repairs that individually are unattractive to sell/offer)

    What this would require:
    1) point credit system tracking (basic ability to add and subtract points)
    2) point binning - ability to create point bins for different purposes categories

  15. Faster Login for stores

    as it stands at our store, we need each person to be forced to logout, to keep people from using others accounts. when the account is kicked it brings it to the email and password login and you can not use the pin, and has slowed down check-ins. was thinking it would be ideal if like big chain stores. if each user would have a bar code associated to their login info, then they just scan their barcode to login. would prevent others from getting into each others account, and that only the global admins could print the barcodes

  16. Credit Card machine (Chip and Pin) for the UK! Please!

    We have been using RepairShopr for over 2 years in the UK now - a successful and busy high street repair store.

    We process most payments via a card but we really need to have a terminal we can take payments on (Chip and pin) that is integrates to RepairShopr...

    It really is making us look at another software package.

    Please help - find a solution.

  17. Time tracking in estimates

    We would like to have a record of how long each of us has spent developing various estimates. Most of them are quick, but some take a considerable amount of time. We don't charge for estimates, but we are working on understanding how we use our time and improving our efficiency.

    Please implement for estimates the same time-tracking tools you have for tickets.

    It would be nice to have a pages option (1,2,3) on the top of the tickets page as well as the bottom, as I often don't scroll to the bottom.

  20. Make the "contact support" link functional

    None of your support options are working, I tried using the "request help" feature in AutoPrintr and it does nothing. I come here to the "Help Center" click "Contact support" it does absolutely nothing. I am having issues with AutoPrintr, my computer didn't respond well to the 2.0 updates so I have been using AutoPrintr 1.0 for over a year just fine.
