improve invoicing
A couple of items regarding how time entries appear on invoice (I preface this by saying that we're currently mainly a break/fix and consulting shop that invoices by calendar month, with some projects obviously spanning multiple days):
1) Add option not to include exact time duration for time entries on invoice (i.e., I don't want the client to see 8:42am - 9:02am).
2) Put the ticket title at the top of the time entry description instead of at the end. This allows client visually to reference more easily when a particular ticket has multiple time entries.

Estimates Sync to Dropbox
Please enable syncing Estimates to Dropbox, just like Tickets and Invoices.

Add "In for Day", "Out for Lunch", " In from Lunch", and "Out for Day" in timeclock
It would be nice to see these things added to the Time Clock Admin view:
- Time Clock by day
- See each day in columns "In for Day", "Out for Lunch", " In from Lunch", "Out for Day".
This will make it easier to see when someone misses a clock in/out and make it easy to adjust.

In the RSR Mobile App, we need the ability to apply a single Square payment to a number of invoices.
While the RSR Mobile App integrates with Square (Full RSR App does not), it does not provide the ability to apply a single payment to multiple invoices. So ... if we could add that functionality into the RSR Mobile App or add Square integration into the Full RSR App that would be great. Either solution would work!!

Option to mark Restricted Access Tickets
I wish there was a way that I could create a ticket/customer and only have it see-able from my account (Global Admin) and the assigned tech. We get a lot of customers that are scammed online and are very hesitant at giving any personal information even when I tell them it's only view-able from our tech's.
Certain clients (Companies, doctors, etc) have confidential work orders that are always assigned to the same tech to ensure data is as secure as possible. This can cause several issues, when the tech wants/needs to remember details but can't write notes that are viewable…

Ticket "View Log" Page
On desktop:
The Ticket Summary\View Log\"Notes" section is horribly restricted. We write a good deal of information in this log, so as it expands downward we end up with a thin looking column. Worse is when we have 2 or 3 entries like this in the log. It creates a need for a lot of extra scrolling.
1st Suggestion: If the "Notes" are bigger than 5 lines, there should be a "See More" button. This will create a nice uniformity. Downside is you would need that additional click to see the full note.

Inventory Quantity In Product Detail page
It would be nice to have the quantity of an item listed on the Product Detail page. Currently if I go directly to a product, I can't see how many I have in stock without backing to another page that shows quantities.
It would be convenient if it was listed right there on the Product Detail page.

Email address used twice
Hi - I have encountered a couple of times where I have had to make a new customer, but the person already has another account with me and uses the same email address - the system won't let me use the same email address as it is already on another account - whilst I appreciate the warning, I would have liked to override this and have the same email address used on this new account.

Add 'Referred by' to repairshopr lite.
Accurate referral source data is so important and I often find myself adding new clients and tickets via repairshopr lite whilst out on the road. This means that a lot are slipping through the cracks without referral sources.

Quick Print Icon on Ticket List
One of the recent changes to the way that the ticket list is laid out is the inclusion of a "resolved" button. This has helped improve efficiency and I find it generally pretty useful.
That said, one of the things I'd like to see is the option to include a "print" icon for each ticket in the ticket list so I can quickly send labels and invoices to Autoprintr. A method to combine items
First, this is different than bundling (as far as I can tell).
TL;DR We would like to combine the stock of two (previously considered) different items, and have a indication for our accountants/inventory people that those to items were merged.
We found out recently that many iphone 5s repair parts and iphone se repair parts are interchangeable, even though we can order these parts separately and at different prices from our parts vendor. Display line item price when adding to estimate
When adding line items to an estimate, It would help if along with the description of the product, we could see the actual part# and the cost of the line item in the search dropdown.

Add Assigned Contacts from Customer Database
Assigned Contacts is a great feature, but to make it a bit more powerful, could you make it so assigned contacts actually creates a new customer. So an assigned contact is more of a linked profile.
This way we could have Bob as part of company ABC, Bob is ABC's assigned contact so we contact Bob for all ABC's repairs, But then Bob needs his personal device repaired. Add the ability to select ticket items individually and send to invoice
Instead of "Make Invoice" pushing all unbilled ticket items to an invoice, it would be very helpful to have the ability to tick the items you want to bill and then push to invoice. I realise that I can currently edit the new invoice and push line items back to unbilled on the ticket, but we have some tickets that have hundreds of hours on them and to be able to select the line items to be invoiced before "Make Invoice" would save a lot of time removing the unwanted line items from the new invoice.

Assign a Position to a Job
E.g what workbench it's on, what collection it's on. We currently write it on the worksheet but it gets lost within entries if there are multiple. Would be really useful to look at the job and see instantly where it is. (Maybe under the subject)

Format estimates so they don't appear as jumbled text
It would be nice to have estimates not look like a jumbled wall of text.
I generally create estimates so they are easy to read, that all goes away once I click Save. It then turns into a wall of text that no one is going to want to read. It looks sloppy and unprofessional.Please add the ability to format estimates. Thank you.

Repairshopr auto re-ordering from Amazon
Whenever I input an invoice for an item that is in inventory. i.e. iphone 6 lcd repair. I want the inventory system setup, to automatically re-order an Iphone 6 lcd from my supplier (amazon or ebay). I have heard of some users being able to pull in tax or inventory info from Amazon. Can tell my Aleksa to reorder parts as well, if that helps. Problem is, people forget things, this system would never forget.
