A report that lists prices without cost would be customer-viewable, and be very handy to print out for reference.

Add Global Attachment
I would like a section of the system where I can upload a file and have it globally available to attach to ticket emails, estimates, the "Email to Customer" from the customer page, etc.
The reason for this is that we have multiple forms that are sent to every new customer that calls in. Having this available would be extremely useful, as right now we need to attach a blank form to every new ticket we create as well as for every estimate. Customer list add navigation to top
Put the navigation at the top in addition to the bottom. Sometimes I know what I need isn't on the first page and having to scroll all the way to the bottom is annoying.

ticket automations timer field
The ticket automations are great but running them every hour is way too often- can we please have a field which gives us control over how often the automations run ? between 1-48 hours would be helpful for us

Enable us to add attachments from the additional Information>Attachment section
I think it would be faster if there was an area in the Additional information>attachment section instead of having to remember that to attach a document you need to go under the small action button.

"charge time now"
Can we set the "Charge time now" option to be enabled by default on no contract clients?
For clients that are on a managed services agreement, we do not charge per time, so it is OK that this is turned off. However, for break/fix clients, it would be nice to have this option ticketed automatically as it would make the invoicing much easier.
We do not want to techs to be concerned with billing so we do not ask them to tick that and I then have to go through all entries in the report and mark them every week…

Bundle/Bulk/Block repair tracking via "point buckets"
I would like to be able to sell blocks of repairs which would be purchased by client upfront. Then the client retains a credit for the denomination of units in the block purchase. This units would be deducted at time of use until insufficient credits remain.
some of the uses:
1) pre-selling billable hours
2) pre-selling bulk repairs (especially useful for lower cost repairs that individually are unattractive to sell/offer)What this would require:

Faster Login for stores
as it stands at our store, we need each person to be forced to logout, to keep people from using others accounts. when the account is kicked it brings it to the email and password login and you can not use the pin, and has slowed down check-ins. was thinking it would be ideal if like big chain stores. if each user would have a bar code associated to their login info, then they just scan their barcode to login. would prevent others from getting into each others account, and that only the global admins could print the barcodes

Credit Card machine (Chip and Pin) for the UK! Please!
We have been using RepairShopr for over 2 years in the UK now - a successful and busy high street repair store.
We process most payments via a card but we really need to have a terminal we can take payments on (Chip and pin) that is integrates to RepairShopr...
It really is making us look at another software package.
Please help - find a solution.

Time tracking in estimates
We would like to have a record of how long each of us has spent developing various estimates. Most of them are quick, but some take a considerable amount of time. We don't charge for estimates, but we are working on understanding how we use our time and improving our efficiency.
Please implement for estimates the same time-tracking tools you have for tickets.

Make the "contact support" link functional
None of your support options are working, I tried using the "request help" feature in AutoPrintr and it does nothing. I come here to the "Help Center" click "Contact support" it does absolutely nothing. I am having issues with AutoPrintr, my computer didn't respond well to the 2.0 updates so I have been using AutoPrintr 1.0 for over a year just fine. Suddenly it no longer works, fresh installs do nothing. I try to update to the latest version. It never works no matter which version I install. Include Estimate/Invoice Message in Ticket Note
When an estimate or invoice is related to a ticket and that estimate or invoice is emailed, the system makes a private note in the ticket saying it was emailed.
You are given an opportunity to include a custom message when emailing an invoice/estimate. The system should include that custom message when creating that ticket note.
Currently, finding what (if any) custom message was included requires a bit of digging.

Create some way to Import Invoices from a CSV made from a Purchase Order
Our business uses Purchase Orders and Invoices to transfer stock between different companies.
This involves creating the purchase order, then creating an invoice and adding every item to the Invoice from the purchase order and having to manually edit the price to match cost prices.
It'd be incredibly handy to have some way of importing this information from the initial PO using a CSV, that way there could be a large scale edit done easily and an invoice created from that.
In general I think an import from CSV option for Invoices would be useful anyway, even outside of this…

csv report function for the adjustments of the point of sale register.
please create a function to download the records of cash adjustments on the register, i'm sure a lot of us need to download this and categorize cash expenses. at the moment i have download each html page for the period or month i need and then combine that into one large html file and then convert it into csv, so much hassle. help us out. also if you download the "sales detail report" in csv, it leaves out the date section. come on RS.

Invoice Email Opened
Would be nice to have an indicator of whether or not an invoice email was opened. It's available on ticket comments and estimates and having the same functionality on invoices would be great.
