"charge time now"
Can we set the "Charge time now" option to be enabled by default on no contract clients?
For clients that are on a managed services agreement, we do not charge per time, so it is OK that this is turned off. However, for break/fix clients, it would be nice to have this option ticketed automatically as it would make the invoicing much easier.
We do not want to techs to be concerned with billing so we do not ask them to tick that and I then have to go through all entries in the report and mark them every week before billing.

Seconding this request. The "Charge Now" button should be default checked or default unchecked system wide. I'll buy a pizza to get it done.
