  1. Ticket automations based on comments/ keywords, not ticket subject!

    The ticket automations are handy but limited. I want my staff to receive emails based on keywords, rather than automating processes based on the fixed ticket subjects such as 'invoiced' or 'approval'.
    EXAMPLES:
    1 - As a manager, I don't want to get every email, but would like to see any emails that have particular keywords such as 'angry', 'upset' so I'm notified of any major problems.
    2 - I have one store simply as a dropoff centre, so the staff there transport broken devices to the main workshop and take them back once they're fixed. Currently the only way…

  2. Itemized Stock Take Report (Showing Lost Serials)

    I think it would be very helpful if a report with missing serials, with costs, could be produced once a stock take has been finalized.

    I could then let our staff do stock takes, and I could know exactly which items are missing, and what the loss of each item has cost us. I can use that to set variance targets for our stock controllers.

  3. Set custom discount on specific item

    In addition to custom price as currently exists.

    Example use-case: For some non-profit customers, we "donate" labor. We have their default labor rate set to $0.

    The issue is that we cannot show them they are getting that discount. Instead of having the invoice show a rate of $0 for a total of $0, I'd like to show a rate of $50 (not over-riding) but discounted 100%.

    Taking that a little further, having a "total discount" line by the sub-total would be helpful in letting the customer know how much they've saved. Plus, we have to record the amount donated,…

  4. Sub Headings / Sub totals for estimate/invoices

    Had a look through the ideas, didn't see anything strictly what i am looking for. We are doing some big estimates (multiple pages) would be nice to be able to group certain products i.e.. (Audio components, Cabling, Hardware etc) also with sub total for each group.

    Ive tried to manually add a sub heading and it has $ figures on the same line which doesn't read well.

    This is more ideal for businesses that do Repair / Service / Upgrades

  5. Add a feature to use a bar code to scan for punch in / out time card

    It would be really nice to be able to create an employee bar code card to scan to punch in / out for the time cards.

  6. Add 'Description' Field to Purchase Orders

    From the Purchase Order list screen, you see a list of your purchase orders but there is no way to tell which one is for particular items without opening them to look. This is time consuming. It could be resolved with the addition of a simple 'Description' (optional) field, which would show up on the Purchase Order list. For example, Description = USB Drives, Optical Mice or whatever. Then when the items arrive, it's easy to see which PO we need to open to receive them into inventory.

  7. Log phone calls on Android

    So this feature already seems to exist when using a Free PBX system, but in my case I use a secondary Android phone for by business, and it would be great for the RepairShopr app to log which customer called me and log the time/date.

  8. Quick Print Asset Lable

    We can quick print ticket receipt, customer labels, etc right after ticket creation. It would be nice if we could quick print an asset label too for those assets with multiple accessories. Print>Asset Label

  10. Capability to be able to void invoices created in error is definitely a must.

    Even though we sync with Xero instead of Quickbooks we are still having the same issues with our accounting software Xero. We definitely need the capability to be able to "Void" invoices.

  11. Change Way Deposits show on Invoices

    OK, I don't mind how the deposit system works, just would like it to total slightly differently on the invoice. If an invoice has a deposit on it, it removes that amount from the invoice sub total, it would be a lot nicer if the invoice sub total was the actual sub total, tax was tax and the line for payments would have the deposits and final payment when paid in that line, then final line of balance due. This would make the invoice information much nicer on the display and customer side of things, it would be even nicer…

  12. Attach Estimate to existing open Ticket

    Hi it would be great if you could attach an estimate to an existing open ticket, without having to create a new ticket which fires off a text to the customer with the new ticket number, and having to merge the ticket with the existing open ticket.

  13. Invoice due dates automatically update

    Hi guys,

    All my invoices are dated for the end of the month with NET 15 terms. It would be nice when I create an invoice, and change the invoice date, that it looks at the terms and automatically adjusts the due date. For example, this month each invoice has a date of 5/31 and after creating an invoice for one of my customers I have to then go change not only the invoice date, but the due date as well.

  14. Custom Search for Completed Tickets

    I need to be able to filter my tickets based on them being flagged as Completed. There doesn't even seem to be a status of Completed. I know you use have Resolved but we don't wish to use that, we want to filter than a ticket becomes flagged as Work Completed (when you make a comment with the Subject of Completed.

    For us, Completed means you have Completed the work. Then you Invoice which sets it to Invoiced (separate process for us). Then once the payment has been received and the job is 100% finished we flag it as Resolved.

  15. dependent worksheet options

    i use worksheets to asess the condition of phones that come in to the shop. It is really quite cumbersome to scroll down past all the empty boxes in the event that the first option on the worksheet (does device power on ) is set to no. If we could set options as dependent of another then they could appear only if the requirement was met. For example:

  16. Adding files to inventory product instances

    I suggest the idea of adding files and attachments to product inventory instances. For example, if I have a laptop in stock, I would like to attach Belarc advisor report, simple benchmark scores (I use Novabench) and SMART disk check report. This way, if a potential customer wants to buy something from me, I have a detailed information about the particular instance of the product and can provide it to them.

  17. User Defined Reports

    A suggestion I have is to improve the reporting and have user defined reports. I’d like to be able to pick and choose different variables to pull from and export to CSV.

    Currently, for billing purposes, we would like to be able to make a report that shows.

  18. Allow different invoice templates by customer.

    I have some clients that I do third party work for that require an invoice without my logo and business info on it. However I would like to be able to have my contact info and logo on all of my other invoices. It would be great to be able to choose from an invoice template, or designate a certain template to a certain customer.

  19. Make ability to delete calendar events

    This seems like a no-brainer, but there is no ability to cancel a calendar event. It just stays on there no matter what...please give me the ability to cancel

  20. Alphabetize Issues Types

    If you'd sort Issue Types from A-Z, it would be easier to locate them. We have many listed, so this would help us a lot. It would also help customers during the self service check in.
