Add Asset searching/adding directly to ticket creation
My techs have trouble remembering to add assets, not to mention the fact that the pop-up window is clunky.
Is there any way this functionality can get added directly to the ticket creation page instead of a separate pop-out off of a button?

Price printing label option
I would like to be able to remove the price field from the label. It would be nice at a global level to select this as on or off, Or at an individual inventory item level to select "print price"
I just don't want to reprint label as the price of my inventory changes

Add a current appointment to the Ticket list
When showing the ticket list, it would be very useful to have a column that shows a current appointment. When a ticket shows the status of scheduled, we would like to see when the appointment is.

Include all overdue invoices when sending an email
Right now a client can have $250 in multiple overdue invoices. However it sends the client the email showing they owe $250 but only attaches the invoice that triggered the overdue invoice email. For example the overdue invoice that triggered may be $50 of the $200.
The client is left confused as to why it says $250 is owed yet only an invoice for $50 was emailed.
When it sends a message to a client about overdue invoices, it should grab any additional invoices that are overdue and attach them as well to let the client know exactly why the…

QR Codes for Inventory
It would be convenient to have QR codes as an option for inventory labels. They are smaller and take up less room. Right now we have the barcodes on the side of the parts drawers because they are so big. So in order to scan an item, you have to pull the drawer out first. Not world ending, but it would definitely speed inventory counts up

Updates to Recurring Invoice Schedules
Just some minor ideas we'd like to see integrated into the recurring schedules model now that we're starting to heavily move into recurring revenue plans. These would be nice upgrades:
Allow us to set the schedule template defaults for fields like "Invoice Billing Terms" and "Period Mode". At minimum, make the default "blank" so we know to update it. Currently, it looks like correct values are set after the template is created, and most techs only pay attention to the fields that are blank ("Employee" and "Location").
Allow ALL options of schedules to be set from the "Make Recurring" button…

Recurring invoice Payment
It would be extremely helpful and profitable to have an additional column called AutoPay with a yes or no for the recurring invoice screen. This will help us be proactive and narrow down who to contact to get credit card stored on file and reduce company time verifying recurring invoices. The AutoPay will be a yes for when we select their credit card during the recurring invoice creation or modification. No for email only and snailmail for envelope mailing.

I really like the additional address feature on the customer profile. I would like it even more it there was a way to reference them, like you can the main address, in templates like invoices and receipts.

Allow an option to choose between naming "Customers" or "Clients"
We call all of our clients "clients". Customers (to us) seems a little impersonal. Can we have the option to choose between naming the customer module "Customers" or "Clients"? I'm sure all the templates and modules that call for the customer name can be either duplicated or kept the same.

Make Custom Asset fields hide-able from pdf the same way as custom ticket fields
The {{assettable}} tag includes the 'Properties' column which basically collects all fields from a specific asset type.
Some custom fields are used for internal reasons and are not only meaningless to customers but can even disclose unnecessary information and clutter the table.
If those custom fields could be 'Hidden from PDF' - the same way it is possible for ticket custom fields, ti would be a simple way to customise the table without hard-coding an alternate {{assettable}}4 votes -

Allow Device book in through Customer Portal
When a customer put in an inquiry through the Portal, they should be able to directly book in a device. Otherwise, we have to manually copy all the device details to a ticket when they want to book the job in.
Also as a sub note, the customer portal should NOT attempt to autofill customer names. This will give the entire database of customers as a suggestion. This is a terrible idea. Currently, the only way to disable this, is to turn it off for all tickets. There should be a separate option for the customer portal to turn it…

Invoice & Estimate improvement
I would like to see the option on invoices and estimates to show what total one time charges would be and another section that shows what recurring monthly charges would be.
Example: We do a firewall sale, one time fee $499.00, ongoing monthly fee of $150.00
Or another example would be we invoice client for web hosting
Option 1: Yearly Payment of $250.00
Option 2: Monthly Payment of $25.00
As it is now we have to send two invoices and void the one they don't want. It gets confusing.4 votes -
Where the Android App opens from notification screen
When I receive a notification from the android app and select the notification to act upon it, it simply opens the repairshopr app to the main screen which lists the customers. This should open at a minimum to the ticket, invoice, or quote that the notification is referencing. It is not useful at all to have to recall which ticket number that the notification is about and then seek it out. it makes the app useless to me.

Make Asset Type Editable
We'd like to be able to modify the assigned asset type after it has been created n case we need to reassign the asset type.
