Add more options to the calendar view
Please allow more functionality and view options to the calendar view. One view option we need is to see the availability of multiple employees in one snapshot for each day. For example, I can see if employee 1 is full on Tuesday, if employee 2 has one time slot left for Tuesday, and if employee 3 is off that day.
It would also be helpful for appointments to start in a window of time versus an exact time (for example, appt. time is to arrive between 8-9 AM). In addition, we can set a length of the appointment - say…

Private notes are visible on invoice page
So when we scroll down on an invoice to have clients sign, the private comments for the related ticket show up. This is not something that should be in view of the client and the repairshopr app doesn't have the ability to sign on invoices at all, just on payments.
Would really like this changed as with paperless processing we want a clear divide between client viewable pages and tech info pages.
Basically just make "Do not include the Ticket details on the Invoice PDF" apply to the invoice page itself.

Allow a short description of files attached
For example, if replacing a card reader. I would like to take photos of the old and new serial number, and when uploading those photos to repairshopr, add a description to the photo e.g old card reader and new card reader on each respective photo. So I'd know which was which later when reviewing the job

Show scheduled appointments for each Client on the Ticket Summary page
It would be very useful on the Ticket Summary Page to show any scheduled appointments for each Client. this could be simply an additional column with the appointment date.

Allow for using up to 3 decimal places on items in a Purchase Order
Problem: Purchase order with 5 of the same item. The total cost to me is $134.01. So, the exact cost per item is $26.802. RS will only allow me to add up to 2 decimal places, giving me an incorrect cost by a penny. I have to add the penny difference into "Other Charges" in order for the PO to be correct. Please allow for up putting in up to 3 decimal places so that we can see exact costing on our Purchase Orders. Thanks so much.

Sort by ticket creator
I would like to be able to search and sort tickets by the creator. In our business, creators need to be able to track their tickets and it could be attached to different techs.

Stock Take - A more efficient way to do it
We use a hand held barcode scanner with storage capacity to do stocktakes. For example I can walk around the store scan items and counts into the device, then upload the count, when I the count is complete.
Would you be able to provide this feature in Repair Shopr as this would dramatically reduce the time and effort required to do a stock take.

Toggle Company/Customer name on ticket dashboard
When you add a customer there is an option to include the company name however this shows up instead of the customer name on the ticket dashboard. It would be nice to have this as an option to show either.

Set default Portal login as customers email address.
Easier for customer to remember than the numbers that currently are being used maybe an option to change if the customer would prefer something other than their email address.

Send Bundle Item(s) to Xero as a single item
In the same vein as the suggestions to handle Bundle Item(s) as a single item on an invoice (http://feedback.repairshopr.com/forums/165658-general/suggestions/20223862-have-the-option-for-bundled-elements-to-be-seen-on ), I think it would be great to have the option of sending the Bundle Item to Xero as a single item, rather than a number of individual items.

Kiosk / Self service doesn't change with region settings (spanish)
Wonderful program. I love the user interface and all it includes. English user interface is perfect. I have seen some bugs though...
After changing my region to the closest country to me, I have noticed some buttons and text changing to Spanish on my side (like create ticket button) I am guessing it is because the customer side uses the same resource button and the portal is in Spanish.
To the suggestion;
I have set up and wanted to use the self_services page for my clients to use as a kiosk / tablet they can read the Terms and Conditions…

Return to Previous Status After Customer Reply is Read
This would be EXTREMELY helpful. A lot of times we don't remember what status the ticket was in and have to spend a few minutes figuring it out. It also results in technicians not seeing work that needs to be done until we move the status back.
I know this feature wouldn't be helpful for some workflows but it would be nice to have it as an option that can be enabled!

hello i have an idea for a useful feature.
The feature would be a option to setup a popup when customer name is typed and selected. So that we can put custom message such as WARRANTY IS VOID for this customer or customer has attitude avoid service, and similar stuff. I know there is hidden notes but its in the bottom and sometimes no one reads it.

Mail Chimp integration ideas
Would love to be able to select a saved search and be able to sync to Mailchimp.
This would allow us to use the powerful features of mailchimp with our great RepairShopr software that has all of our customer info already.
This would allow us to have separate customer lists in mailchimp and would be nice to sync back/forth.

Enable Add asset within new customer creation
I would like the ability to add a new asset within the new customer creation form. When a new repair customer comes in, I'd like a more streamlined way to add their instrument(asset) instead of having to create the customer, then click on assets to add an asset to the customer. Then start the ticket. Create customer w/asset then directly to ticket. :)

add due date to calendar
I'd like the option to show due dates on the calendar (without it counting as a scheduled event) to help visually remind myself and other technicians that a ticket is coming due. We are used to seeing when things are due on google calendar so this would be helpful as I transition the shop over to repairshopr.

Email Reminder: Tickets Due Tomorrow
This has great potential, but should have custom options like When it is sent. Right now I receive these emails at 10pm the night before they are due. This doesnt allow for much follow up time. Being able to pick when this sends as it applies to the individual businesses should be available.
