Kiosk / Self service doesn't change with region settings (spanish)
Wonderful program. I love the user interface and all it includes. English user interface is perfect. I have seen some bugs though...
After changing my region to the closest country to me, I have noticed some buttons and text changing to Spanish on my side (like create ticket button) I am guessing it is because the customer side uses the same resource button and the portal is in Spanish.
To the suggestion;
I have set up and wanted to use the self_services page for my clients to use as a kiosk / tablet they can read the Terms and Conditions on, sign, enter in their data and problem, and complete. But unfortunately I am not finding this to be included in the resources that change to the regional Spanish settings.
Is this possible to do? (Welcoming line, agree check box, "draw your signature here", name fields, Name boxes, mobile number, address, city, state, zip, issue "tell us about your problem" and continue box)
If not, could we have the ability to alter the html on a custom page like we can for website integration on customer check in? It would be wonderful.
I understand that your staff is primarily English speaking, and that your target is in that market. That is why I am asking about having some general editable forms that we could translate our selves into what ever language is for our region. Of coarse the tags would stay the same (for="leadfirstname">First name), we could just translate the placeholder="xx" into what is local.
Possibly even something like an additional general settings page where the text box placeholders could be modified would be a great addition. ( I don't think that the placeholders would cause any problems on the database side of things, but I don't know for sure.)
That would be a great help. I hope it can be on the radar! I am not sure how many clients of yours would be interested in this but I am ready to upgrade!
