  1. Appointment change log or history

    I would like to see a user/timestamped change log for appointments preferably attached to the customer for easy recognition. This could be implemented into the existing communications tab, or a new separate one if need be.
    My reasoning behind this is to track changes made to appointments (ex: multiple reschedules, intentional/unintentional deletions by users, and modifications made).
    Presently all we have to go on is the initial appointment email in the communication log. If the appointment was changed and no email sent there is no log of the change and if it was deleted it just disappears from the calendar…

  2. Estimates optional items

    Hello.
    In my industry very often we get items to be repaired which the customer only requires the service to be done but actually we can offer a valet and other optional items which will make the item to look like new again.
    At the moment we create the estimate with those items stating optional between brackets but if the customer decline those items then the customer needs to email us stating he doenst want the optional items or he only want one of the optional items and my team needs to edit and send the estimate again but if…

  3. Give the ability to hide the total amount a client has paid on Customer Detail - It's Tacky

    I love seeing how much a particular customer has paid (Total Invoiced). What's really tacky is not being able to hide that when you are pulling up the screen and the customer is present and can see the screen.

    There should be a way to toggle that on or off.

    While I agree the customer could run their own reports of how much they have paid if they use Quickbooks, having it always on is, as I said... Tacky.

  4. Need access to customer Wikis within the mobile app

    We really need the ability to access to our created Wiki's within RepairShopr from within the mobile app. Instead of having to switch over to a browser, navigating to the website and logging in.

  5. Enter purchase orders ex tax

    Most of my supplier invoices come though with line items being ex tax. RS purchase orders only allow for Inc tax unit costs to be entered, meaning I'm out with the calculator for every line item.

    Same is true when creating a new item, it would be good to have an ex tax cost feild that operates just like the ex tax sales price on the item.

  7. Bundle items + Select serial number on add/view charges ticket

    Hi,

    I have a lot of bundle items wich contains serialized product.
    It would be very helpful to be able to select serial number directly in the add/view charges ticket as with non bundled items.

  8. Allow letters to be typed in the Extension field of Phone Numbers for Customers

    The current setup allows multiple numbers to be recorded on a single customer and for numerical extensions to be recorded with each. I would like to be allowed letters in this field as well as numbers to notate a person attached to a number rather than an actual extension. Example:

    Phone number (715) 387-1911 for Mike could display on the sheet as

    (715) 387-1911 xMike

  9. filter time clock per employee or week

    I think it would be great if it were possible to filter the time clock entries by employee or by week. That way you could see all the entries made by one employee, which would be convenient for payroll.

  10. Make it possible to Export in XML / UBL. This becomes more standart in Europe instead of CSV of PDF.

    We would like to export our files to our ONEA platform for the accountancy export. UBL/XML is the best way to do so. It would be nice if this would be possible in ReapirShopr

  11. Show Labor Log entries under Communications

    Any time I notice a stale ticket assigned to my techs, I check the ticket's Communications' comments. When I approach the tech for not seeing any comments, roughly 1 out of 3 times their respond is "I put it in the Labor Log". It would be much more efficient if those entries could show up under Communications as well (maybe as a public or private note?)

  13. Separate prepaid labor pool

    It would be nice to be able to separate prepaid labor into different pools.
    For example: your client would like to have a monthly prepaid commitment to you for 10 hours of labor but would like to have another prepaid pool of hours for a specific project to be billed against without deducting from the monthly hours.

  14. Appointments with Contacts

    The ability to create appointments with Contacts, not just the primary customer.
    You can do this now, but a ticket has to be created in the Contact's name, so creating just an appointment-only with a Contact is not possible

    I would like to be able to attached a PDF to individual parts on the Product /inventory page. Currently we can only attach a JPEG type file.

    This includes one part number with a quantity of more than one.

  17. Make Customer Unique ID Visible and Searchable

    Could you please look at making the Customers Unique ID Visible and searchable in the system.
    This would help a great deal as I could give my customers this as a reference for making payments and when doing the reconcile with Xero I would be sure of posting to the correct account.

  19. give some love to returns manager functionality and ease of use

    Specifically regarding the returns manager, not any other function.

    You can search all things through "search all the things" but that still doesn't do anything remotely viable where the returns manager is concerned.

    When you search for the items in the returns manager to restock, return, manipulate it however, it doesn't pop up unless you find the name of the item itself and then sift through the results.

    You can search for specific indicating numbers or searchable (...what SHOULD be searchable) terms to pull up specific items without having to search for a generic line item and sifting through the…

  20. appointment duration

    Now that appointments have to have a start and end date and time, is it possible to set a default start time and/or default duration?

    For example, almost all of our appointments are 7am starts. And they are also almost always 8 hour shifts. So, could a preference be created that appointments default to a set time (in our case 7am) and run for a default length of time (in our case 8 hours)?
