  1. Autoprinter not printing receipts for cash only transactions

    Autoprinter not printing receipts for cash only transactions. I've tried both legacy and current versions of AutoprintR and Autoprinter. I've even tried installing our POS on a completely different new install of Windows 10, still will not print receipts for cash transactions. Works perfectly fine for credit card transactions.

  3. Auto-update Recurring Invoices by Asset Type counts

    Having come from the MAX Service Desk system (part of MAXfocus) one thing I did like very much was the recurring invoice system could auto-update based on asset types and user counts.

    It would be nice if the recurring invoices auto-updated based on counts of certain asset types such as "workstations", "servers", "printers", etc.

    But we would also like the ability to bill based on number of "users/contacts" as some of our contracts are based on the number of employees instead of number of devices.

    I know we are missing out on some billing as we only check our recurring…

  4. taxable line items in "Ticket Line Items"

    Please remove the check box on the bottom in the "Add/View Charges" window in a ticket.
    Instead, either change it to "Not Taxable" or remove it all together and add a check box beside each line item.

    Reason:
    We keep adding custom line items to the ticket charges and neglecting to check the tax button.
    The reason we keep forgetting to check it is because in Chrome, when you begin entering a number into the mandatory "Price" field, it drops down a list of suggestions for what you are going to type and the drop down list covers the checkbox.

  5. make acknowledgement of an asset during checkin mandatory

    It is too easy to forget to check an asset in on a ticket. That little asset button is too tiny and easy to miss. I think that there should be a prompt that asks "There is no asset attached to this ticket, would you like to add one? and give us the option to add one or say no.

  6. Two Way Sync with Max Focus for Asset Management

    We integrate with Max Focus for our RMM tool and we tie an asset to a ticket when a client calls in or the tool gives us something to work on so it has become a way of also verifying that that asset is under their plan and is covered for services.

    Currently RepairShopr will update the assets that are added to Max Focus (rather quickly which is awesome) BUT when an asset is REMOVED from Max Focus it does not update that in RepairShopr. It would be cool if that went both ways as far as the deleting assets…

  9. LEADS Module OVERHAUL - UPGRADE Inboxr and UNIFY Features

    The Leads module is in need of some serious TLC. It's had dozens of tweaks and changes all kind of "patched in" and now is really a mess of a feature. You can use Inboxr as an upgrade, but it can't be set as default. Leads has a link to the customer, but Inboxr has the ability to reply to emails in a typical email fashion. You can't mark as read in Inboxr, nor can you specify location; but it’s the only place you can do bulk selections. It's kind of like two halves of a Frankenstein feature. As of…

  10. TIcket Status Changes...

    As far as I can tell, the "Resolved" and "Closed" ticket status is the same. I suggest that RS change the meanings and the way they work:

    To me, "Resolved" means that the issue on the ticket is resolved and Closed means that we are done working with the ticket and it is ready to be invoiced. After we invoice the tickets should be move to an "Invoiced" status

  11. integrate with www.haveibeenpwned.com/ to notify customers that their info has been compromised

    When I start a diagnosis on a ticket, one of the first few things I do is run their email address through haveibeenpowned to see if their info has become compromised. If it has I have a template that I use to send them an email to notify them. Utilizing this process has helped me to set myself apart from my local competition and further establishes trust with my clients.

  12. When doing Stock take, add all scanned items to the list for review

    Add all items scanned into list
    - all scanned items need to be counted and added to the list
    - if there is an exception mark it on the list but please add it
    - in big counts when scanning what is on hand, instances that have been sold or used in fifo aren't added, the system says they're gone,but they're not, they're in my hand i'm scanning them. Currently they aren't added and even scanned counts aren't accurate.
    it would be ideal to have these marked and the in stock instances database be updated with scanned labels

  13. Enter purchase orders ex tax

    Most of my supplier invoices come though with line items being ex tax. RS purchase orders only allow for Inc tax unit costs to be entered, meaning I'm out with the calculator for every line item.

    Same is true when creating a new item, it would be good to have an ex tax cost feild that operates just like the ex tax sales price on the item.

  14. Bundle items + Select serial number on add/view charges ticket

    Hi,

    I have a lot of bundle items wich contains serialized product.
    It would be very helpful to be able to select serial number directly in the add/view charges ticket as with non bundled items.

  15. Show Labor Log entries under Communications

    Any time I notice a stale ticket assigned to my techs, I check the ticket's Communications' comments. When I approach the tech for not seeing any comments, roughly 1 out of 3 times their respond is "I put it in the Labor Log". It would be much more efficient if those entries could show up under Communications as well (maybe as a public or private note?)

  16. Separate prepaid labor pool

    It would be nice to be able to separate prepaid labor into different pools.
    For example: your client would like to have a monthly prepaid commitment to you for 10 hours of labor but would like to have another prepaid pool of hours for a specific project to be billed against without deducting from the monthly hours.

    The ability to create appointments with Contacts, not just the primary customer.
    You can do this now, but a ticket has to be created in the Contact's name, so creating just an appointment-only with a Contact is not possible

    I would like to be able to attached a PDF to individual parts on the Product /inventory page. Currently we can only attach a JPEG type file.

  20. Make Customer Unique ID Visible and Searchable

    Could you please look at making the Customers Unique ID Visible and searchable in the system.
    This would help a great deal as I could give my customers this as a reference for making payments and when doing the reconcile with Xero I would be sure of posting to the correct account.
