Appointments with Contacts
The ability to create appointments with Contacts, not just the primary customer.
You can do this now, but a ticket has to be created in the Contact's name, so creating just an appointment-only with a Contact is not possible

Just happened to need this now :( Have to manually copy and paste address from the contact.

This would be extremely useful when dealing with larger clients who have multiple departments. For example, I may need to email the Service manager, but not the Dealer Principle.
