    This would be extremely useful when dealing with larger clients who have multiple departments. For example, I may need to email the Service manager, but not the Dealer Principle.

  2. Appointment reminders should go to the assigned contact of the ticket.

    This is an absolute must-have feature. Sometimes you are dealing with a department manager and need to make appointments with them specifically.
