Returns / Refunds for parts within a bundle
It would be really useful to be able to return / refund the components of a bundle product.
For example, if we create a PC bundle and six months later the RAM needs to be swapped, at the moment we have to fudge the system to accomplish this.
What would be great would be able to:
1) Add the bundle component to a return / RMA
2) Be able to swap the returned item for a replacment product which is then properly associated to the original bundle.
3) Able to upgrade/downgrade the replacement product and an invoice be generated to…13 votes -
Integrate Tsheets for timekeeping.
My company and I have been using Tsheets to track out time in and out of our shop and it has worked wonderfully (it integrates with QuickBooks very well). I was hoping to see if Tsheets integration for tickets could be a thing.

Apply Contract Pricing Discounts to Product Categories
Hey everyone, lets talk about Contract Pricing and discounts.
I have a ton of items in product categories, and some of my customers get a discount based on the product category, which we try and handle through Contracts.
Here's a scenario:
I have a customer that resells small cylinders of gas that we manufacture in house. My margin on these is decent, so they get 30% off our list pricing of any gas. The problem is that there are something like 300 SKUs easily in this category. I can't add all of these manually every time we get set up…

Add "Class" and "Location" Field to RepairShopr to Match QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online has added a feature where customers can classify transactions by "Class" OR "Location," however, currently Repair Shopr's integration with QBO will only forward the RS "Location" to the QBO "Class."
It would be incredibly helpful if RepairShopr had both of these fields (Location and Class) and allowed them to integrate with the QBO fields (Location and Class), as many customers have multiple locations, and different classes (such as business clients versus residential ones, or managed IT versus break/fix).

send from more than 1 email
Allow us to setup and send as multiple email addresses in repairshopr.
We are currently using the custom SMTP settings for our support account, but would like to be able to switch the email to our billing account to send invoices out.

Alter the start and end time module from appointments and due dates and use 24H time format
The appointmens module works fine, however the module to set the start time, end time and the Due Date Module use the same very unwieldy way to set those dates. Preferably change this to create a larger table that is split up in 15 min portions.
Use the layout used in Outlook as example.Furthermore I'd like the 24H time format in the Labor Log

Completed Bundled Item = New Asset
How about the function to, build a bundle which consists of multiple computer parts to build one whole computer. All the parts would be tracked from a purchase order, to the store, into the computer, and to the customer.
If when you complete this bundled item, it will add itself into inventory (this way we can transfer computers from to store)
However you assign this inventory item as an "asset" instore, that way when you sell this computer to a customer, it automatically assigns as an asset.
This would offer complete tracking and we really need it when building computers.…

Device Selector
Let's face it we all work on the same devices why not make a central database with images and model specs on these devices so it they can be added to inventory or created into assets. There is not sense in typing in the same info again and again.
I imagine it would be used this way. A new device comes into the market one person adds that device and shares it with the community by selecting a checkbox to share the device. We populate the info as a community or the first person can populate the info.
For example.…

Add charges overview to Ticket print out.
We like to provide paper work with a job when it's collected, but currently we are having to print off multiple sheets of paper to ensure has details of the jobs notes and invoice details.
Would it be possible to add the charges applied to a ticket to the print out template so everything could be included in one print?
Many thanks.

Password Log under Customer Detail
It would be nice to track generic logins passwords, such as those for webhosting, etc.. under the customer's detail page. Also this would need to tie into the granular permissions so that only certain individuals would have access to it. Additional wishlist items in relation to this would be the customer could submit logins to this "Password Vault" from the customer portal without actually retaining any visibility or access to the vault. (Or maybe the submission could just forward into the leads page with some generic text such as: Customer <blank> just submitted a login for review.

Bring Back the More DETAILED Register History Report
The Register History (recent 50 entries) used to have more helpful information that made it very easy to quickly verify the register was counted/closed properly. The existing columns (now removed) included "Expected Amount" and "Difference".
This was super helpful, being that I was able to do a cash audit for a 1-week history for any register in under 30 seconds. You could simply look at "Difference" to see if the register ever closed for an amount different than what was "Expected". If so, you could look at the day's detailed PDF. If not, you're records were essentially "As Expected".
There's already…

Auto-save in fields after entry
I know there's a save button on a number of fields, but I can't tell you how many times I've lost information I've typed, especially on the invoice section. I'm so used to say, QB Online or other platforms where you just tab over and the field auto saves.
For instance, in the invoice description, when you tab over afterward, then you change qty or price, it's be nice if it auto-commits whatever information has been entered before calculating. Even, for a start, if just prior to recalculating, it committed whatever was in the description, would make our lives much…

Automatic Printing for Specific Ticket Types
Would be great if we could select a set of Ticket Types or Custom Ticket Types to have automatically print.
i.e. We do a lot of Helpdesk (remote) jobs which we have no need to print ticket receipts. But for jobs that come into the Workshop we would give a ticket receipt. Although it is very easy to forget to print one.

Add "Last Quarter" to Sales Tax Report
The sales tax report has several pre-populated drop downs. Unless I am not seeing it, "Last Quarter" isn't one of them. Since many of us report taxes after the quarter ends for the previous quarter, it would seem logical to have a drop down choice for Last Quarter.
