  2. How does a POS system not print cash receipts? How can management allow this flaw? Is the tech team that unqualified that they cannot fix it

    So frustrating to pay so much for a POS system that can’t even print cash receipts. This is a problem I reported months ago that they can’t figure out how to fix. Unacceptable.

  3. Add CalDav support

    We use a calendar hosted by our office server for everything currently, and would love to have that integrate with RepairShopr. Is there any way to do this currently? If not, I would love to see support for CalDav in the on-site scheduler!

  4. Option To Force an Asset on a Ticket

    Would be good to see an extra option in Admin / Ticket Settings that either forces an Asset or perhaps just the ability to be prompted for an asset if one is not assigned. I can see it being easy for staff to skip straight past having to click on asset when they're busy. The ability to enable a prompt/reminder to include an asset when it's left blank on a new ticket could be useful just in case they did skip it. Not sure if there could be times where it would end up being a pain though.

  5. customer purchase

    Hello, I like the idea of the Customer Purchase feature. However, I would like to know if the fields are customizable where I can add or remove specific fields. RIght now it's really basic. I want to get more in detail with being able to select the carrier, storage/memory, model, etc. Something similar to the customer kiosk where they go through each detail. Also, after adding the item, we want to be able to track any parts that are needed to refurb the item and account for those to get the total cost.

  6. Pictures upload to Repairshopr for Marketr

    It would be very helpful and easier if one could upload pictures within Marketr directly to the Repairshopr database instead of having to upload it elsewhere and link it. Most Auto Responder services have this built in for easy access.

  7. Custom Invoice Numbering for Multi Store

    We are trying to implement this in multiple sites. We have been setting up the QB sync and are worried that at some point there will be a major sync issue when two stores come upon the same invoice number. It would be very nice to have the ability to customize the invoice number to something like XX-### that way we're assured all sites will never hit the same number.

  8. Allow Different Email Addresses Config

    RepairShopr should accommodate ability to allow outgoing email configuration change to represent different tabs e.g. Invoices going from account@, tickets going from support@ and estimates going from sales@ and so on and so forth ...

  9. SAML SSO or LDAP (OneLogin)

    I think saml based sso would be an awesome feature in repair shopr, it would allow for integration with services such as one login or jump cloud and other SAML providers. Even being able to use OpenID providers besides intuit and google would be nice.

  10. Consignment

    I would like to know if it would be possible to do a consignment section in Repair Shopr. We sell outdoor power equipment and take things in from customer that we can sell and take a percentage but when we do this we also do a complete inspection and take the cost of the service and parts out of the sale price. I like the customer purchase screen but don't want it to show that the store made a several thousand dollar profit when it didn't. Is there a way to set up a consignment feature to sell other peoples…

  11. Recurring appointments

    We currently have several MSP clients. Some we see once a month and some twice a week. We run a monthly container ticket for these customers meaning they have one ticket for the entire month and then are billed at the end of the month. It would be nice to be able to automate appointments for these tickets especially for the customers that have fixed weekly appointments.

  12. Special Orders

    I'm seriously missing an "Order" feature in this product. For example, in the last 2 POS systems I've used, there were Invoices, Orders, and Service Orders. Orders were for customers ordering normal stock or not-normal stock that you were either out of stock on, or didn't carry normally. The Orders would flow into a PO, and when the customer came to pickup, you would convert the order into an invoice. I don't see how to duplicate that workflow in RepairShopr.

    When setting up a new ticket worksheet - there is no way to sort the list of worksheets. Would be nice to be able to arrange them (getting the most commonly used at the top or alphabetically)

  14. Refund Invoices paid with Multiple Payment Methods

    We all know it's not possible to refund an invoice that was paid with multiple payments/methods. However, this is a standard practice in POS systems and retail. If a customer pays part of their invoice with credit+cash, and then we need to refund them, we should have a way to do the refund the invoice back to both payment methods, exactly as it was paid.

    Not sure if it would also be helpful/secure, but even a way to track refunding an invoice (paid with multiple payments) to a single payment method would be helpful sometimes. (Example: Invoice is paid by…

  15. Customer Portal New Ticket Form Template

    Right now if a customer logs in to the customer portal they can view their tickets and info. There is a button to create a new ticket but the form it opens is incredibly basic and needs to be a template like other forms. I understand that keeping things simple for customers is good but the more information we get up front the easier it is to help them. Another option could be to have it use the repair widget because that is already easy to use and customizable.

    if you have created a ticket first, and an estimate later. Could you make it so that we can link the estimate to the ticket.

    Currently you can create an estimate, and convert to a ticket, but it would be helpful to do that both ways round

  17. Link Multiple Tickets Together

    Often, we'll receive multiple pieces of equipment to work on at once. Due to the nature of our business, each piece of equipment requires a single ticket.

    I'd like some way to link the tickets together. Either being able to create a ticket, and then have an action for "clone and link" or some way of just selecting "link this ticket to existing ticket."

    I would like for this link to also have a notes or custom fields box. Here's my rationale:

  18. QR Codes instead of barcodes

    Wouldn't it be nice that if I grab a device for repair, the ticket would have a QR code that when I scan that with my mobile phone, I get the mobile page for the related ticket? Barcodes are a nice idea, however I think QR Codes would work better in this instance.

  19. Scan assets from phone or tablet

    If it is not already possible, it would be nice to walk in to one of my regular customers offices with my ipad and scan an asset tag and see the history of tickets/issues with this machine and then be able to start a new ticket from the asset screen if one hadn't already been created.

  20. monthly fee in local currency

    I am one of your Australian customers.
    If you folks could do your billing in local currency it would help...
    I currently must spend an extra $60/year in bank fees because the billing is in US dollars...
