  2. asian language support

    Currently adding asian language to document templates seems to work fine in the browser. But when trying to export to PDF all asian characters are turned into unreadable, black blocks.

  3. Email opening history

    Dear Repairshopr,

    We have a small issue with our client who started some lies about when and how he did opened our emails.
    Is there any way to add an email opening history to the ticket/comment section?
    At the moment a little hand at the top right corner shows IF he/she opened the email and when. But the problem is, thats only shows the LAST TIME when he opened the email. We would really want to see the first time to prove our case.
    On the day the email was sent out, we have seen that he opened about 20minutes…

  4. Add ad-hoc users for small shops

    Currently there is a gap between the "starter" and "repair shop" packages in the amount of users available.

    I would propose being able to stay with the "starter" plan and it's ticket limit and offering a reasonable upcharge fee to add a single user. I think $5-$10 a month is reasonable.

    My shop is a perfect use case for this. I've been in business for 14 years and just hired my first employee about 6 months ago. I'd absolutely LOVE to have him be able to log in under his own login to track repairs, communications with customers etc....But currently…

  5. Match inbound call contact to ticket

    We are using the inbound call tracking system, which is great! I like that it adds a notice that the customer called, but if you have multiple tickets open with the customer, it doesn't track it very well. I would suggest that you match the customer Contact when the call comes in, and assign it to any open tickets with that contact assigned.

  7. Integrate with Square Terminal (Square's newer all-in-one device)

    It would be absolutely amazing if RepairShopr could integrate with the Square Terminal via their API. I'd love to be able to hit 'Take Payment' on an invoice in RepairShopr, and have the Square Terminal wake up and prepare to accept a payment for the invoice total.

    It would be much better than the existing Square payment flow in the RS Lite mobile app, which in my experience never really works anyway.

  8. Have multiple contacts under one business

    It would be super cool if you could create a profile for a business, and then have multiple customers under that one business, with separate contacts. You can make customer profiles with the same business name attached, but you can't see them all in one place.

    It would be great if we could duplicate devices on this and just change the main Subheader of the new clone. Instead of having to create devices one by one.....

  10. Attach a vendor to a ticket

    It would be handy to create a list of vendors with contact information with the ability to assign a vendor to a ticket so you can correspond directly with a vendor contact from a ticket without having to include the customer. This way information if properly trapped within the ticket and you can set triggers to remind a vendor that we are waiting for them to respond, etc.

  11. Allow customers to view invoice details from portal without requiring a PDF download...

    Customers are irritated that they get an email from me with an abbreviated description of what's on the invoice. All they see clearly is "PAY ME!!!!!!" which is rude. They click the invoice number and it has no information of the invoice other than "PAY ME!!!!!". They have to click the PDF button to download, save, find, open.... get lost, trying to view details of the invoice. It's all digital! If I'm in RS I can see the invoice immediately without having to create and download a PDF, let's please make a non-editable version of this on the customer portal...

  12. Parts Ordering - Order multiple parts at once

    Hello, I would very much like to see some sort of option to make ordering multiple parts at once easier. Its very bulky and clunky to hit the parts order button, go thru it all hit order and then have to go thru the drop down click the parts order button again.... rinse and repeat.

    I would really like to see an 'add another part button' at the bottom of the Parts order screen, this will stream line the process. It will also make it easier to determine how many parts were ordered from 1 place or another. We may…

  13. AutoPrintr for Mac

    Please make AutoPrintr work on the Mac. We have an entirely Mac-based shop and now that Google Cloud Print is being discontinued our only option is to manually print PDFs for everything which is very time consuming and severely disrupting to our workflow.

  14. Adding New Outtake Forms

    We need to be able to add new outtake forms to any/every ticket. Also, why doesn't a new outtake form show up on split tickets? A split ticket is a new ticket and should have all of the components of a new ticket.

  15. Descriptions For Inventory Stock Out

    We have categories but a lot of our parts are named by part number. We can't memorize all of them and some we'd like to order sooner than later if they are low. Going into the item itself to find out what it actually is is a pain.

  16. CreatePackage quantities for inventory items

    On many cases for me I buy say a case of engine oil which has 12 bottles, so 1 case/package always equals 12 bottles because they are sold to me by the case.theres obviously ways around this. But my previous systems had the ability so I figured I'd throw it out there

  17. Parts Orders - Status of ticket, Bulk amendments

    Would be extremely helpful to have the ticket Status showing.

    Also can we add the bulk amendments as when you have a number of parts to mark as received or delete it would save lots of time.

  18. Update Ticket and/or Customer when tracking number is added to Logistics Part.

    It would be excellent if the Ticket would post an auto-update comment when a tracking number is added to a Part in Logistics when connected to a ticket. Similar to the part ordered and part arrival auto-update when creating and completing a part order.
    An option to make it a public comment and/or email/sms the customer would be even better. Not only would customers love the communication, our techs and admins can get a better update when looking at a ticket when a customer calls.

    If you want to backup your Office 365 emails, I recommended to users can Shoviv Office 365 Backup & Restore Software. This tool exports Office 365 mailboxes in Outlook PST file. The software has many filter options, which allows users to find a specific mail and file. The filter option is base on the Date range, Message class, and Folder filter. This tool also provides a free trial version of the tool to check the working efficiency of the software.

  20. Export a .csv sheet from the Invoice tab

    I believe it would be beneficial to easily export a file/ report of past due invoices from the invoice tab. My team has been manually copying and pasting from the sit screen into a google sheet as a workaround. While effective, it is not efficient.
