Create Estimates from Leads
I would love to be able to create estimates from Leads. I'd love to have a clients' employee email in and be able to request work be done. Create an estimate so that our contact at that client can approve the work and have it turn into a ticket.
It would be even better to automate this workflow, but let's take this one-step-at-a-time.

Phone Camera-Works as Barcode Scanner
I sometimes repair devices on-site for customers. Would be nice if I could scan barcodes with my phone's camera rather than typing UPCs for parts or fixed prices. A USB label scanner with a PC/Mac is fine for the office, but I can't plug a bar code scanner into my iPhone or iPad.

Include new information in Company Overview report
It would be great to be able to have "Payments taken" as one of the line items for the Overview report. That gives a full snapshot of activity taken.

We have business customers who get a single monthly invoice. We can set this up as a recurring invoice and then it pulls all the ticket line items automatically at the end of the month and places them on the invoice. We could possibly be adding anywhere from 10-40 line items in a month. Many of our customers want an easy way to know what day of the month that each line item was performed. Email Low inventory for Items Add existing quantity and desired.
This would add function value to it if we could visualize the existing quantity and desired on the same line for each product, so from the same email we can whet your orders without having to enter ever each item to see how much we have and how we that sort.

Alternative to Vantiv/Mercury for card processing with the app
We are intending to get ipads in and basically run off the app - it's looking great! Now the Vantiv payments looks great but we are in the UK - so you could do with a worldwide provider to cover as many bases as possible. I reckon we can all try to work together to find a solution that can do online/offline card payments, recurring and chip and pin in one. Discount on an Invoice - Show Original Price
It would be very nice show the original amount of the invoice, the discount amount, and the new total on the invoice. Currently, I am only showing the discount / Item cost / line item. That is nice, but it does not show how much the discount is!
On hourly items (4 hours @ $90/hr; it only shows the $90.00 discounted 100% to $0.00. It does not show the total discount was $360!!).
Any way to add this feature?

Create a method that would allow a customer to agree to Ticket terms remotely.
I have several customers that I provide support to remotely, and advertise remote support as a service I provide. Currently, I have no way to of gathering a "paper trail" on what service the customer agrees upon with your suggested workflow. You have a fantastic system already in place for situations where the customer is physically present (either in my shop, or on-site). What it doesn't do is provide the customer with an "agree to terms" page when I create a ticket. They can view the ticket, and the ticket terms, but can only "sign" it if it's through my…

can we suggest you to add SKU numbers also to the inventory search.
we has many suppler for the same part with different SKU numbers. acceding to our business that many time we have to search by SKU too.. kindly enable it to inventory search. you may can give options in invent setting enable disable for who need and who no need.

Add search option for the inventory screen to organize the items by the order they were added into inventory.
I need to be able to search for items by the order that they were added into the system so we can keep track of them better.

Allow an option to edit invoices without refunding the payment
It can be difficult attempting to do an even exchange of products because the current setup requires either deleting the payment or completely refunding the payment to be able to change the product on the invoice. I need the option to be able to reopen the invoice for modification without messing with the payments. With the current method, it screws up our accounting at the end of the day.

Fix bug which prevents changing customer on invoice
When attempting to change the customer on an invoice that I have just created, instead of changing the customer it adds a separate box for "Ticket Customer (job)" even though there is no repair ticket on it and additionally it still shows the original customer selection in both boxes.

Make it easier to remove or modify a payment on an order
Sometimes when we are in a rush when doing a checkout on the invoice screen, we might accidentally hit cash instead of credit card. We would like the option to easily edit or remove a payment directly from the invoice screen.

Intake and Completion Signature Box Pop Up
As per a previous discussion, we feel that there are opportunities to miss out signing both jobs in and out of RS.
One way to fix would be to make it a required entry, or better still, force a pop up box requesting you to take the signature. This would happen after clicking a CONFIRM TICKET button, and then just before TAKE PAYMENT at the Invoice stage.

Clone Products
When we have multiple products with the same supplier, almost idential name/description, same category etc, it would be brilliant to be able to CLONE an existing item to make life so much easier.
Also, an ADD NEW PRODUCT button visible on product editing pages again to make life easier rather than going back to Inventory Main and taking it from there.

Add New Ticket button in, Ticket section
In order to make the process of making tickets faster, it would be nice ot be able to add several tickets at a time.
One way to do this however would be to have a new ticket button IN the ticket profile after an existing ticket has already been created.
Right now, when we make a new ticket, we need to go BACK to the customer's profile and add a new ticket from that view.
(I'll make another feedback for having the option to add multiple tickets as a time. That... would be bonus)

sub status under ticket status
can we request to add new option as sub status under just below the ticket status? sub status just to see by internal staff only. coz not all the status we need to show to the customer. therefor for if you can add sub status will be helpful to internal staff to sort tickets.

Statement email with credit
It would be helpful to be able to send customers a statement when they have credit on their account. At the moment the option to email an account balance statement on the customer page disappears when there are no outstanding invoices but the customer has credit.

Bulk delete attachments on ticket
Since many ticket updates are happening by email, I'm finding that tickets have a number of attachments due to images that clients use in their email signature or embedded images in some automated emails. It gets particularly bad when I merge tickets. I've been trying to delete some of the attachments but it's a very tedious process as it has to be done one at a time, and the page reloads requiring scrolling down to delete the next one. Checkboxes or maybe a nuclear "Delete all attachments" would be nice.
