  1. Expand Inventory Reports with additional filter system

    We need to be able to filter our inventory reports by location, cost, value, order quantity, etc... the inventory section for reports is very slim and the inability to filter the report is frustrating.

  3. Credit Card Autopay Option

    I would love customers to be able to view their dashboard and add a CC to be remembered so they can either set an autopay limit for when an invoice is under that amount it is approved to be payed automatically or so that it will be more convenient for them to at least add their CC at will so we just have to call them to make sure the payment will be fine with them and we don't need to collect CC information each time.

  4. Share a product roadmap

    This is more for the Repairshopr platform as opposed to a specific feature but it would be great to be able to get an idea of what future product developments are in process without having to go by cryptic comments or feedback updates that say "In Progress". Along with that, a simple feed of the recent updates would be helpful because I feel like there are a lot of hidden gems that get missed and it is hard to click through multiple blogs to see them.

  5. Add asset to invoice

    It would be helpful to be able to add an asset to an invoice without having to go to the customer profile to do so. The reason would be so that we could sell an extended warranty at the time of payment and be able to add their device quickly without having to click through multiple pages.

  9. Split line item discount into new line item

    For reporting it is difficult to see how many discounts my employees give when using the line item discount. It would be great if discounting a line item could create a separate line item to help with reporting discounts.

  10. Add update log to customer purchases

    It would be helpful to be able to see which one of my employees made a customer purchase when looking it similar to the inventory and ticket update log. The Customer Purchase report does not show that information either. Other helpful information to add to the main Customer Purchases page would be the same ID number given in the Customer Purchases report.

  11. Search asset list by customer name

    Asset manager allows a search by all other categories except for the customer's name. I know this can be found by looking at their profile but it would still be nice to be able to search a customer's name on the asset manager list.

  13. Enhance the refund function to refund a custom amount or deduct a restocking fee when returning an item to stock

    When processing a refund, I need the capability to be able to return an item to stock, while at the same time refund the customer an amount less than the total amount of the item. Or alternatively, a field to be added to the refunds screen where I can select to charge either a fixed amount or percentage based amount for a restocking fee when the refund is performed.

  16. Add Time / Minutes Spent, in Ticket Comment View

    When we fill out the 'Minutes Spent' section, it'll go and disappear into a different section (which is fine) BUT, it would be really cool to be able to 'see' this time spent right there in the ticket, either combined total OR just a indication on the ticket comments themselves (individually as they are added)

  17. POS Cash and Card Refinements

    Whilst taking a payment in POS module, we have noticed something different than if you Take Payment from an Invoice.
    If using card you have to manually key in the amount (unlike via Invoice method which automatically puts it in). This opens up opportunity for errors in keying in incorrectly.

    So, with a card, have it automatically put in the full amount.

    Also, with Cash. Have buttons that can be clicked for common note demominations such as 5, 10, 20, 50 etc. Again just to streamline and reduce any error opportunities.

  18. Define additional fields for: "From", "Invoice to", "Owner" and "Delivery"

    For part of our business we handle warranty servicing on behalf of manufacturers. Customers’ items are sometimes sent by the retailer/shops to be invoiced to manufacturers/distributors
    where customer’s instruments are sent by shops for repair and then possibly returned directly to the owner)
    so we need multiple contact/name/address fields/etc fields for "From", "Invoice to", "Owner" and "Delivery"

    Is there a way to define these? (perhaps they could be stacked on the same screen area with a tab to switch amongst them) Also for them to be EASILY edited from the ticket screen

  19. Integrate EFTPOS Terminals in Australia

    There is no option available to have EFTPOS terminals integrate with RepairShopr in Australia at present.

    Having the invoice transaction created in RepairShopr automatically populate the EFTPOS terminal to provide seamless and accurate payment integration reduces transaction and till reconciliation time, minimises mistakes, looks professional.

    I would be happy to pay extra for this feature. Any other company based in Australia prepared to pay to have this feature developed specifically for the Australian market?

  20. link the description in the returns manager to a note/description in original return

    We need a way for the person doing the return to give a reason for the return. It would help a lot for the person reviewing the returns manager.

    Simplest way would be to add a "description" in the original return that then shows up under "description" in the returns manager.
