Agree - inline images/html formatting would be fantastic but failing that - bulk deleting attachments would be amazing. Every.single.social media icon on every reply from customers with signatures goes through as attachment so we need to manually remove before syncing attachments to their client folders... very tedious.

Having just deleted a bunch of attachments, I realized an even better solution would be to keep inline images in the original message itself. I get that displaying formatting and images within the ticket notes might not be easy, but if signatures stayed as signatures and emails containing images stayed in their original format, that solves this problem and gives the added benefit of maintaining proper formatting on the ticket notes.

Definitely a growing annoyance. Mainly clients with signatures!

Enter a ticket with several back and forth replies, and boom you got 10+ of the same exact attachments that you have to scroll through!

A solution to click multiple attachments at the same time would be helpful, so we can keep it cleaned up. Right now removing each one is slow, and dumb.

And alternate solution, though likely harder to program as quickly, would be an auto-correct of duplicate images/attachments. Or warning of multiple attachments, with a simple, resolve, option.

Agree, very useful feature missing. I have business customers and some of them have signatures with several images embedded. Clicking one by one to remove those useless images is tedious and they just clog up the screen...

Yes, I wish there was a way to bulk delete as well as prevent the system from collecting the same signature attachments (maybe detect by size and name) over and over.

I agree...much needed to keep all that from building up on the server. We don't like to store all that "crap" people put in their sig files. Simple is better....(-;
