  1. "Related Ticket" - In Estimate / Invoice view - Should have same color theme as normal ticket area (Private / Public)

    color-coded themes should persist through RS. Less of an immediate issue; but at first glace at the ticket notes at the bottom of a Estimate / Invoice, seem that they are all public notes. (Because they are white not yellowish)

    Though this area is only intended to act as a quick glimpse to ticket activity related to said invoice / estimate. It's comes off visually confusing.

    My 2 cents. Especially now that we have needed to be very cautious about what ticket views are public to the customer's view (via portal)

  2. Security Groups - Refunds - Store Credit Only

    We would like the ability to block some techs from being able to refund cash or card, but give them store credit option only.

  3. Remove "Add/ View Charges: $X.XX" option

    I would like the ability to globally (in RS) disable the green "Add/ View Charges: $X.XX" button and all associated functionality. I understand that I can disable it though security groups, but the global admin never has the option to disable it.

  4. Prepaid Hours For Specific Inventory Items

    We offer specific prepaid remote support time for our monthly customers and it would be nice if we could setup the prepay hours to allow me to bill general labor items such as onsite work and shop work but attach the prepaid hours to remote support only.

  5. More Notification Badges

    We need more red notification badges. The one on the Leads sections is helpful, but too often I see unread customer replies on the Customer or Tickets section, that don't show up. We need the Red badge on Customer and Tickets tab. As well as the email/attachements tab inside of leads. That way when someone opens up a lead they can see if there is anything sitting under each section. My employees do not check that, but would if it caught their attention.

  6. LINK Customer Purchases and Payment Payout to Customer Detail Page and Tickets

    We almost always reference the Customer Detail page before making any ticket/invoice/payment to verify there is nothing old that needs to be completed. The Customer Detail page contains all related data of every person in our database, so it's generally our most visited page for each customer. The only thing missing from this record of customer purchases and the payouts for said purchases.

    Please add a Customer Purchases section to the Custom Detail page, and link any equipment purchases and the record of payment payout. We want to know how much money we're billed AND paid out to every customer,…

  8. Integrate with Square for Payments on PC

    Hi guys! So I don't know how they do it, but I want to point out [FILTERED_WEBSITE] has figured out how to use Square as their payment processor. Even from their website.

    I'm sure I can't be the only one that likes the "Instant Cash" feature that Square offers. It's helpful when I charge a client to order equipment. I also just really like using Square over the other processors.

    Anyway, if we could get this figured out that would be great.

  10. Add referral source to leads module

    Would be really good if I could add where the customer heard of us directly in the leads module. At the moment I have to save the lead, then click the customer name, then edit the customer , then say how they found us. So most customers end up not having this completed and its useful to know. Please add the referred by as an optional field to the leads module.

  11. Integrate With Hosted Exchange

    It would be wonderful to be able to integrate with Hosted Exchange Calendars. For Example Intermedia or Rackspace. In a way that you can put your email and password in for authorization since it is a multi-tenant hosting solution and direct access to the server to install a client is not possible.

    Outlook integration would be another option but not favorable due to the sync issues if the computer is off, and being overly complex for multi device sync.

  16. Dialogue Box Colour Change

    It would be great to move in a direction away from the light gray on white text boxes for adding information to things like new contacts or new customers in leads. the barely differential colour contrast makes an unfamiliar interface more of a challenge than it should be.

    It would be very helpful to get start and end monthly values for bookkeeping, without a full stock take. It would be a good way to monitor stock and cash movements.

  18. Serialized Inventory Organization Enhancements for Big Chain Accounts

    All our stores are now working with serialized inventory for unique laptop sales. Hoping we can push for these related/specific upgrades to help make the Customer Purchases and Purchase Orders more usable during the ordering/receiving process, and the Search and Invoice pages more helpful during our sales process:

    1. Add the ability for us to enter the “override sale price” on serialized items after the payout in Customer Purchases, but before clicking “Add to Inventory”.
      a. This would also be helpful for the Refurbs module, since investing time/parts in refurbing a machine almost always will result in that specific sale needing…

  20. Implement Opening Results in New Tab From Search All The Things

    Currently, for whatever reason, you cannot search for something in the "all the things" box and then right click to open results in a new tab.

    I like having my tickets screen permanently open and having to constantly navigate away from that page just to search negatively impacts my workflow.

    I would love to be able to search and then instantly open results in a new tab without having to navigate away from the page I'm currently on.

    So RepairShopr, is this something you can add in?
