Add referral source to leads module
Would be really good if I could add where the customer heard of us directly in the leads module. At the moment I have to save the lead, then click the customer name, then edit the customer , then say how they found us. So most customers end up not having this completed and its useful to know. Please add the referred by as an optional field to the leads module.

It would also be great with you could assign custom fields at this point also. It would also be great if you could add ticket custom fields when creating a ticket from a lead. As it is you have to create the ticket from the lead then view it and edit it to add your ticket custom fields.

This is a great idea! Referral Source is one of the great things we learn using RepairShopr but we end up selecting anything when processing a lead! Whilst we know the lead was generated via our website we would like to know how the customer ended up there :)
