Ticket sort for customer contact
I would like to be able to sort my tickets by "when was the last time a customer was updated/contacted." This way we can make sure that a customer doesn't go very long without an update on their repair.

returns manager reports
It would be great if the Returns Manager had options to email a pdf of .csv file to the vendors on the list, or another way of extracting a report from the RM.
This would be helpful, as we let faulty parts build up for 2 weeks, and then ship them back to our supplier. This way, we could email a list of the goods that were shipped to the supplier as well.

In House Dashboard
we would like to create in house tickets and not have them appear in the main dashboard or totals as they would not form part of the service desk duties, a separate dashboard for these tickets would be really great

Recurring Payment Timing
As we all have may different clients, we would like to see a timing to when the recurring payment should be sent out, some clients want their invoice as early has 5 days to some as 15 days in advance. It helps us to make sure we get paid on time. Thanks!

Refund Invoices paid with Multiple Payment Methods
We all know it's not possible to refund an invoice that was paid with multiple payments/methods. However, this is a standard practice in POS systems and retail. If a customer pays part of their invoice with credit+cash, and then we need to refund them, we should have a way to do the refund the invoice back to both payment methods, exactly as it was paid.
Not sure if it would also be helpful/secure, but even a way to track refunding an invoice (paid with multiple payments) to a single payment method would be helpful sometimes. (Example: Invoice is paid by…

Timeout Global Admin
Right now if you are logged in as a Global Admin the account never times out. We move around computers a lot in our office and there are times where we get side tracked and aren't logged out. This is a feature for non-global admin accounts, I would like to see it for all accounts. Thanks!

Allow Negative Inventory
I have brought this up before and am going to do so again. I would love to see the inventory system allow for negative inventory count. I do understand that for those using the back order feature that would not be possible. However I am more interested in having accurate inventory counting than I am in allocating back orders. Currently with the back order system off, if an employee sells inventory before it was able to be entered by the purchasers the inventory count stays at zero. Inventory (show whats in stock on invoice/ticket)
Hello,
Is there a way to to have a parts that is entered into a ticket or invoice to show inventory in stock count? for example: when we are out mobile and type a particular spark plug into the search to add it, it is very difficult to figure out what one is in stock that can be sold. do to the fact that I have a few different vendors with the same spark plug types (cr7hsa). Adding this simple function would help in a major way

Part location
Part Location does not show up on invoice for bulk item or just for line item, so instead of tech looking at paper work for the part they have to go to computer for location, causes waste of time. Again we had to include part location in our inventory item name so tech could go for part. with out wasting time.

Inventory Label printing in PDF does not print part location on the label we had to add location to the Inventory item name.

Require Mgr Override to Remove Tax
Sometimes my reps click the no tax button to make a transaction a certain amount. We train them to adjust the price down instead, but it still happens. We'd prefer to have the option to remove tax taken away as it messes up reporting when reps use it incorrectly. This should be a separate function and permission that Edit-Price.

I would like to be able to have my manager, not me, get in app notifications on tickets for things like hour/daily diagnostic reminders. I know there is an email option, but I'd love to be able to set up an in app notification

Ticket "Flag" or "Pop Up" Warning/Critical Notice
Sometimes there may be a critical item that you may need to remember in a ticket. Since we have a sales, admin and tech side all looking at the system sometimes details can be overlooked. If there is something critical like "credit card dispute" or "does not like being called sir" that anyone dealing with the ticket may need to know a "pop up" or highlighted section that jumps out may be nice. Since we have a prepay policy and sometimes a corporate customer does not have to do so, if we have done business before, this would be helpful…

Setup a custom field type “popup” on customers, then on a customer you can add a note and it’ll popup once per browser session to remind you – even when just viewing a ticket.

I wish there was a way to "IFTTT" certain things.
I wish there was a way to "IFTTT" certain things. For instance we have a prepay policy for most jobs. So when a ticket is created, invoiced and not yet paid (once pad we place in a "in repair" status) I wish that the due date could be BLANK.
Once the ticket is PAID and changed to the "in repair" status I then have to manually figure out 14 business days...wish this could be somewhat automated.

Cancel Recurring Invoices On Edit Screen
While viewing a recurring invoice, I should be able to not only pause it, but also cancel it.
If I'm at a customers page and click Recurring Invoices, and then click on the invoice to view/edit it, I'm only able to edit or pause once there. I then have to co to invoices, recurring invoices (or Admin, recurring invoices) in order to cancel it.0 votes -

Global CC address for all outgoing RepairShopr communications
G'day guys,
There are three primary ways this could be implemented... The first is to have a 'Communications Log' email address, to which every communication via RepairShopr, every SMS, email, whether to a customer or tech, is copied.
The second would be a more straightforward 'Default BCC' on accounts, or simply adding a line to the notification center to cover not just "Invoice - An Invoice was emailed to the customer" but "Invoice - An Invoice was emailed to the customer (full body)" or such - wherein any custom message will be included.

Show full emails in Communications Log or from links on Invoice/Ticket pages.
G'day guys,
I've looked on each of these pages, I've performed searches, and I've tried downloading the Communications Log as CSV. None of these avenues appear to provide me the full text of any outgoing email sent through RepairShopr.
My primary use-case here is confirming what I've said previously to a customer when entering a custom message from the 'email PDF invoice' option.
Please advise as to how I can access this information, or if it is not currently stored, please allow us to specify an external server's 'Sent' folder to copy to (I'll post that as a separate suggestion).…

Don't discard user input when altering multiple line item fields
G'day guys,
Recently I was writing up quite a number of bullet points on a line item (complex migration service, defining the scope right next to the price to minimise any ambiguity!), when I realised that, oh, I should tack on a few more hours to cover complications.. So I click in the line item's price field and switch it up a couple of hundred.
Unfortunately, changing this secondary field triggered an inescapable page reload, and the hour of work summarising scope in the main item description was lost.
