Sync tax rates, attributes, tags & characteristics to WooCommerce
Hi there,
We're using RS &Woo a lot these days and we're finding that we have to do a lot of manual updating on our Wordpress backend once the product has sync'd from RS.
To prevent the manual additions would help us massively. It would be amazing if the following items could be sync'd from RS to Woo.
-Tax rates
-Gallery Image (even if it's the same as the featured image)
-Characteristics
-Attributes
-TagsHopefully this would also help other RS & Woo users.

Make Issue Type an Automation Action
Currently Issue Type is an Automation Condition (trigger).
Would like Issue Type to ALSO be available for an Automation ACTION.

Make Ticket Custom Fields with URL's clickable
With Customer Custom Fields, you can paste a URL and it becomes clickable from the Customer Screen.
Would like this ability in a Ticket Custom field.
We frequently paste links to other systems we use to quickly jump over there, but we have to select the url and copy past to a new tab.
Just being able to click it right from the ticket would be great!6 votes -
Add the Last Updated field as a Saved Search criteria for tickets
When doing a ticket search, would like to be able to use the Last Updated value as criteria, and of course be able to save that as a saved search.
In other words, want to be able to say search all tickets older than x days.
An example of the usefulness would be all Waiting status tickets that are older than 5 days. Or all Customer Reply tickets older than 2 days.3 votes -
Report - List Tickets/Invoices That Contain (inventory item)
Our old P.O.S. system had a feature where you could look up all transactions that contained a specified inventory item. The boss may ask, "can you show me the last ticket that had (x)."
You would go to that inventory item's page. Then, click a button to show a list of transactions containing the item. Or, you could go to the reports/admin area and get to the same.
Currently, Repairshopr has a functionality where it shows Purchase Orders matching that SKU. What I'm proposing would be similar, but would list tickets/invoices.

Parts Kits created from inventory items
The ability to select items from our parts inventory and name them as a kit, several of our service jobs use multiple items from the parts inventory sometimes 20 individual items with multiple volumes of these items, we could create kits, making it easier for the engineer to select the correct items and ensure stock levels are managed more efficiently.

Add notes to multiple assets on a ticket
I have several customers that are rent-to-own businesses and I handle all of their TV, PC, game console, tablet and phone repairs. Right now I have to create a ticket for every single item just to add notes and track my progress on each device. I would like to be able to create a single ticket for all devices. The ability to add notes to each asset attached to a ticket would allow me, and my customer, to track progress on all devices from a single ticket. Is there any way to do this now?

Bulk select invoices from diff customers and marked as paid
fro. The list of invoices screen I would like to be able to tick a number of invoices (from different customers) and mark them as a quick payment or all as paid by DIrect Debit.
This would be useful at the start of the month when all my recurring invoices list and I have to click and mark each one as paid. Thank you

Modifiers to labor pricing
I'd love to just have a single "Labor" line item that I can use modifiers (Contracts?) in a more advanced way.
Define business hours. M-F 8a-5p.
Labor = $100 during business hours.
Maybe I want to charge 2x labor after hours.
Maybe I want to give a client a 10% discount on all labor for being in a support agreement.
Maybe I want to offer a flat fee to certain clients, regardless of how much (or little) time is spent.The options could be endless. I'm thinking it would be great to add a second drop-down to the time entry…

Allow us to batch "Quick Pay" invoices.
I don't know about you guys, but there are days I come into the office and I have a dozen checks in the mail. I'd love to just check each invoice (verifying the price is the same within the list) and do a quick pay on all of them.

Turn off “Payment Receipt” when emailing paid invoice
I would like the ability to turn off the "Payment Receipt" that gets sent with all paid invoices. Our business does not have a brick n' mortar building so we never have a need to print/email official looking little receipts.
It would be nice to have the old system back where it only sends the Invoice PDF with a pretty little "PAID" stamp on top.

RepairShopr toolbar/extenstion
I think it would be awesome if there was a Gogole Chrome toolbar or extension that provided acccess to the RS search box and maybe quick access to tickets, invoices, or other selected key items?

exclude only this invoice from marketing
Many times we get customers who either have a dead unit or decide not to repair their computer.
Currently to stop the follow up I would have to remove them from getting any marketing follow up at all, that would include different PCs they might bring in for service (yes we have many customers who have more than 1 computer / tablet or cellphone)
Could you add a check box that would exclude just that invoice from getting marketing followups - instead of removing the customer altogether from getting ANY marketing messages from us??

Change / fix how the appointment is assigned when scheduling in the app
When you create / assign an appointment to a ticket in the IOS app, the resulting Google appointment that is created is assigned automatically to the user that was logged in to the IOS app, NOT to the person you assign to the task. When you do this in the web interface, the Google appointment is assigned to the tech that you choose. In other words, this works correctly in the web interface and incorrectly in the IOS app.

Add the customer name to the Google appointment for tickets created in the IOS app
When you create an ticket and schedule an appointment in the app, the Google calendar appointment that is created does not contain the customer name like it does when you add an appointment to a ticket in the web interface. The web interface does it right, the App does it wrong.

Add the ability to email an unpaid invoice in the IOS app.
The IOS app can only email the invoice to a customer if you have already taken payment. This seems like an odd limitation. We should be able to email an invoice when it is unpaid as well - if the customer never gets the invoice, how can they pay it?

Inventory import with nested categories

Weight, Manufacturer Part Number fields for inventory items.
I think inventory items should have proper weight and manufacturer part number fields (not through custom fields) especially now you have woo commerce integration. We have a script on our current Magento site that needs to MPN to display custom content.

Remove "Pay by Credit Card" when e-mailing invoices to certain clients
We love the "Pay by Credit Card" link in our invoice e-mails. Well, we love it for our residential clients who tend to have smaller invoice totals. We like our business clients to use good old fashioned checks. Most do, but some have started to use a card and in some cases the fees are quite expensive.
An option to disallow "Pay by Credit Card" in the customer profile would be great. I assume it would work like the "opt-out e-mail marketing" check box.
