  1. POS Screen Status: Open (close) link is too small sometimes we click Adjustments by mistake

    The links at the bottom right of the screen need to be bigger. The Status: (Open) link is too small. It needs to be bigger so you don't accidentally click on the Adjustments link below it. Many times we have to make the screen bigger to make sure we don't click on the incorrect link.

  2. Create ticket for several contacts in a company

    Say a company has several machines that need to have some software installed. The contacts within a company have different schedules, so coordination needs to be handled separately for each. From the ticket creation screen, it would be good to be able to tick off the contacts that need the software, then a separate identical ticket would be created for each.

  3. Color Code Tech Accounts

    Our techs are constantly entering notes on a ticket logged into another techs account. I would like to have the account color coded in some way so that at a glance the tech would realize that they are not logged into the correct account and would know to switch to their account when entering notes on a ticket. A color code system would be a quick and easy way to prevent this.

  5. Global Admin discrete / incognito mode ( to hide business info form plain view)

    As the CEO I need to be a Global admin to manage the business side of things but I also often go into the shop and cover the front desk or whatever needs to be done. The Job of the CEO is to do whatever it takes right..

    The problem I encounter is all the extra data that is viewable on my screens, like revenue over the last 30, 60, 90 days etc.

    It would be nice to have a simple button to click that could toggle all that extra visible stuff on and off so we could be logged…

  6. Balance Open / Total Invoiced

    We use a second monitor for the customer to see the POS screen. When to pull up their invoice though on their account it shows open balance and Total invoiced. Some of the customers send employees to pick up the machines that they do not want to see how much they have spent with us. I suggest that there should be a security setting that you can select to disable that on the customer's page for a particular user.

  7. Allow the customization of the customer fields to be added in the POS Module.

    Currently there is provision to add a customer on the fly in the POS modal. Details Here: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/forums/165658-general/suggestions/10893585-pos-add-customer

    We rarely use this as it creates poor quality data, we like to capture the referral source for every customer. So I would like to suggest you can customize the customer fields to be added on the fly in the POS Module.

    Other users may wish to capture more info on the fly like addresses. The big one for us is referral source.

  9. Ticket invoicing multiple times ?

    Is there a way to stop the ability of being able to invoice a single ticket more then once. Sometimes if hit by accident we will have multiple invoice for one ticket. If there is a benefit to that I understand and please share.

  10. Customer List Zip Code Range

    Would be useful to be able to specific a range of zip codes for a customer list. This could then be used to run a marketr campaign targeting a geographic area.

  11. Update the video on importing customer data/info to match the current website.

    The current video on importing customer databases/info does not quite match the current website. While it is a decent video it would be nice for a more streamlined and up-to-date video to be posted.
    (Just imported customer data files, which is why I am thinking of it)

  13. Integration with Splashtop Remote Support Software

    Really liking the Splashtop interface and seems to fit well for many MSPs or Breakfix Shops.

    Currently migrating to them as we speak and would love an integration to start a session similar to Teamviewer in RepairShopr

    Like other modules, it would be very helpful to filter payments by: Date Range, Payment Method, Tech Name, and Amount.

  16. Customer Purchase needs creators login

    When looking at a Customer Purchase there is no information on the person that created the customer purchase. Would it be possible to add that as a log similar to the tickets.

  17. Stripe customer linking

    Stripe gives us a cus**** ID for a stripe customer, and a card gets a hash much the same way (card****)

    We old customers that are coming back to us with stored cards, and current customers that are being moved to our second Repairshopr account.

    What we'd like to see is an option like what you have with Authorize.net that would allow us to put in the customer ID and card ID to import the hash so we don't need to re-add them.

    This will not only save time but help with bookkeeping, as putting the card number…

  18. A separate email template for already paid invoices.

    Customers sometimes pay over the phone and then request an emailed copy of the paid invoice. Unfortunately, the wording on the invoice email template is geared towards getting the customer to pay. Two different templates are needed. One for getting payment and one for receipts.

  19. Filter Sales Detail by Items or Keywords

    I'd like to be able to see all instances of where I've sold a refurbished desktop or laptop PC in the last 3 months, including details of the item, such as description, amount, and related invoice. The "Sales Detail Report" does give me some of this information, but I don't see a way to easily filter the results. Fiddling around with a CSV works, but is a bit annoying to quickly find information.

  20. Send Invoices from a Different E-mail Address

    billing@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com, etc.

    It would be nice to be able to setup different "send mail as" accounts in RepairShopr. When we e-mail customers "Open Invoice Reminders" it shows up as a lead when they reply because it is going to our support@ address. It isn't a lead, they just want to know if we have received their payment in the mail yet.
