Not sure how its coded in the site but I would see it as " Ticket status >is > selfservice"

This was added and I like it for using a custom field type for estimated time of repair and then click on the cal. Although the date does not input when clicked anymore. I have submitted a tech ticket to customer service about this issue I have. If I manually type the date it will work.
