ADFS SSO Office 365
Hi Guys,
Recently deployed o365 integration and very happy i can finally sync my Calendars with RS. Hoping you guys can extend this feature a bit further by integrating RS login's with Active Directory Federation Services/SSO (i see you have done this with Intuit and Google+). I believe this can be based around oAuth and wold not be all that complex to setup considering you already have oAuth communication with Office 365?

I'd like to add that universal SSO with provisioning would be a great feature, not vendor specific to Microsoft.

Would love for my end users to be able to sign in with their O365 creds. Currently looking for an alternate solution, as it has become increasingly more important to have any sort of ticketing solution implemented.

@Troy - understood.
Any users out there who see this post and want Office 365 SSO - please speak up, comment and get your votes on to this thread. Let's try and get a true count of those who are interested. Perhaps this number is higher than 6!!!

@dan - It's just got 6 people wanting it currently, I know lots would like it - but it's a pretty huge undertaking. We'll probably let this sit for a pretty large amount of votes.

Is this just dead? Still seems like a no-brainer for an MSP.

Below is a Copy/Paste from an Email exchange requesting an update on this feature:
Support: "Thanks for reaching out! Ideas on the Feedback Forum are updated by developers directly via a status change or a comment. If neither are there, then likely the idea has not been started or worked on yet. I can bring it to the developers, however I can't promise a resolution on the idea. "
Me: "Thanks. We are aware of how the feedback forum works and participate regularly - this is why I raised the question again, in a more direct fashion. We are asking for an update, since none has been provided. No one asked for promises of resolution - just a follow up on what is an important and increasingly available feature."
"The request has gotten some votes and we feel that it is a strong feature based on the rapid adoption of Office 365. At this point in time, it seems like a key feature for any web app. As a large portion of your customer base is in the IT field, it makes even more sense to us. It seems odd that such a feature request would be met with silence. "

Same.
Have been moving all my customers from Google to O365, but can't move ourselves because we insist on Google sign-on for RS for security. -
