Hey everyone – we have added the “Sync to QuickBooks Online” bit for beta_testers, if you are not a beta tester currently, you will get this feature in a couple weeks. We are not accepting new beta testers at this time.
For those of you that are beta testers, please visit QuickBooks settings in RepairShopr and select your Accounts Payable account for PO’s to sync to in QB and let us know here in the comments what feedback you have for it!
Thanks!

An error occurred while saving the comment Dan commented@Troy - understood.
Any users out there who see this post and want Office 365 SSO - please speak up, comment and get your votes on to this thread. Let's try and get a true count of those who are interested. Perhaps this number is higher than 6!!!
An error occurred while saving the comment Dan commentedIs this just dead? Still seems like a no-brainer for an MSP.
An error occurred while saving the comment Dan commentedBelow is a Copy/Paste from an Email exchange requesting an update on this feature:
Support: "Thanks for reaching out! Ideas on the Feedback Forum are updated by developers directly via a status change or a comment. If neither are there, then likely the idea has not been started or worked on yet. I can bring it to the developers, however I can't promise a resolution on the idea. "
Me: "Thanks. We are aware of how the feedback forum works and participate regularly - this is why I raised the question again, in a more direct fashion. We are asking for an update, since none has been provided. No one asked for promises of resolution - just a follow up on what is an important and increasingly available feature."
"The request has gotten some votes and we feel that it is a strong feature based on the rapid adoption of Office 365. At this point in time, it seems like a key feature for any web app. As a large portion of your customer base is in the IT field, it makes even more sense to us. It seems odd that such a feature request would be met with silence. "

Could you just use the ticket custom field types in conjunction with saved ticket searches to get this?
I understand those aren’t really queues – but they kind of are. You can have multiple users in that list, assign between them, etc etc
Comment with details if you think it’s very different, so we know what is missing. (details)

An error occurred while saving the comment Dan commentedI agree - this would prevent us from a scenario where a customer uses all (or close to) of their pre-paid hours and new work is scheduled soon after. This can create a rush for us to get a new contract/terms in place and significantly delay the time between doing that work and receiving payment.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dan commentedYes - Basecamp would be extremely valuable for us. Looks like it's been silent, here, though.
Any news on PO sync with Xero?
