Multiple tickets to be timed
Many of us work on more than one computer at a time. With only having one timer running, we have no way to accurately track time spent on a repair. This is not only important for invoicing, but also so we can track average time for repair type, to help us better estimate costs of repairs. I am really surprised this would be something we have to vote on.

Actually, just being able to have multiple tickets open at the same time and run timer in each would be helpful as well. So my guys do not have to sign in and out from tickets each time they move between computers.

Jason, our data model is setup to track actual time. If you ran a timer on 10 tickets at once, for 1 hour - it would show you "worked 10 hours" even though you only worked 1.
I understand to each of those jobs you want to log that 1 hour, but our data model is not designed for this and we can't/won't adapt it to do so. It would break down the model in a way that would break expectations for all the other users.
You should find a timer system outside of RS probably - or come up with another workflow to track the time.
