    At least half of my tickets do not even require diagnostics. Not even sure why tat would be more important than an unattended ticket.

    I need my tickets to open up sooner than 9AM EST. I start work at 7am and my weekly recurring tickets cant be accessed until they finally auto-create at 9am, its crazy!

  4. The 100% PERFECT SOLUTION for having MULTIPLE Phone Numbers and Email Addresses instead of using SUB CONTACTS !!!
