  1. Apple GSX Integration

    I know many authorized shops that HATE using lightspeed. I just avoided it and use a custom FileMaker solution until the business outgrew it. Have enjoyed RS so far but GSX integration would really help and definitely expand your customer base.

  3. Daily Open Ticket Email

    I would like an option to send out an email to all technicians with a list of all the tickets that are open in there name. plus at the bottom have a list of unassigned tickets.
    It could be a nice way to start the day.

  4. More depth in ticket worksheets

    Worksheets are a very good idea, it just needs to have more options. The biggest ones i would like to see, is having a option when one worksheet is complete depending on what is all selected, to add another worksheet.

  5. VAT Margin Scheme

    There needs to be an option to satisfy the VAT Margin Scheme in the UK. The scheme allows businesses to calculate VAT on the profit only of second hand goods. The only fix at the moment is to extract the incorrect data from RS and manually amend the details. It means that you can't get real time profits in RS. Would make life so much easier if this option existed.

  6. In the RSR Mobile App, we need the ability to apply a single Square payment to a number of invoices.

    While the RSR Mobile App integrates with Square (Full RSR App does not), it does not provide the ability to apply a single payment to multiple invoices. So ... if we could add that functionality into the RSR Mobile App or add Square integration into the Full RSR App that would be great. Either solution would work!!

  7. Additional CC show on ticket

    You can add an additional email notification for a client on the client edit screen. However, when adding notes on a ticket and choosing email, it only shows the main ticket contact. It LOOKS like it is only going to one particular person. When a tech sees that it seems like you are communicating specifically with one person. However, there could be one (or more) other additional email addresses that are getting notified. This can be critical if you email something from the ticket that shouldn't necessarily be shared with others because you really can't tell that from the ticket.

  8. Ticket item to refurb

    It happens quite often that we book an item in for repair thatbfor one reason or another does not get repaired.it would be great if you could send the item from the ticket to the refurb module as there are a lot of time we have items donated or we purchase items that customers don’t want to repair and so this would be good.

  9. Allow letters to be typed in the Extension field of Phone Numbers for Customers

    The current setup allows multiple numbers to be recorded on a single customer and for numerical extensions to be recorded with each. I would like to be allowed letters in this field as well as numbers to notate a person attached to a number rather than an actual extension. Example:

    Phone number (715) 387-1911 for Mike could display on the sheet as

    (715) 387-1911 xMike

  10. Bundle items + Select serial number on add/view charges ticket

    Hi,

    I have a lot of bundle items wich contains serialized product.
    It would be very helpful to be able to select serial number directly in the add/view charges ticket as with non bundled items.

  12. Ability to download cash register data (z-reports) to CSV

    There are 2 major issues with the z-reports when trying to manage the bookkeeping side of the Cash Register, and it would be much appreciated if you could address them:

    1. The information/data from the daily z-reports are not downloadable into a usable CSV file

    2. There is nothing in the z-report that compares the previous day’s closing balance with the next day's opening balance, so there are no red flags (variances) on the z-reports if there is a discrepancy between days.

    Because the daily report is essentially a printable receipt, every piece of information (sales, refunds, balances, etc.)…

  13. Add "In for Day", "Out for Lunch", " In from Lunch", and "Out for Day" in timeclock

    It would be nice to see these things added to the Time Clock Admin view:

    1. Time Clock by day
    2. See each day in columns "In for Day", "Out for Lunch", " In from Lunch", "Out for Day".

    This will make it easier to see when someone misses a clock in/out and make it easy to adjust.

    Hello! i just have a suggestion i think would be really good to have in repairshopr.

    I would like the ability to create a to-do list. That way i can make a list of all orders an employee should to on he's work day. It would also be nice if it was possible to somehow show myself and the employees the order they should be working on the orders. I know we have the reminders and appointment functions but they are very much dependent on time. All i would like to, is to go into one order and click actions->…

  16. Tickets "Grouped By" only sorting every 100 tickets

    Please change the Tickets window to sort "Grouped By" filtering for ALL TOTAL tickets, not just what is on the first page. For example, if there are 300 tickets in the system, and you Group By Priority, it doesn't show all High Priority first, it shows only for each individual page of 100 tickets.

  18. Convert an estimate to the linked ticket

    It's nice to be able to convert an estimate to a ticket, but then having to create a new ticket just to merge it is not very time or user friendly. Converting straight to invoice isn't always useful either.

  19. improve invoicing

    A couple of items regarding how time entries appear on invoice (I preface this by saying that we're currently mainly a break/fix and consulting shop that invoices by calendar month, with some projects obviously spanning multiple days):

    1) Add option not to include exact time duration for time entries on invoice (i.e., I don't want the client to see 8:42am - 9:02am).

    2) Put the ticket title at the top of the time entry description instead of at the end. This allows client visually to reference more easily when a particular ticket has multiple time entries.

    3uTools - http://www.3u.com/

    This is a free tool that lets you instantly pull information from an iOS device without having to manually enter in the information yourself. It is very helpful in getting information like serial numbers that can be hard to see and find, and would be helpful to speed up the intake process for iOS devices.
