More depth in ticket worksheets
Worksheets are a very good idea, it just needs to have more options. The biggest ones i would like to see, is having a option when one worksheet is complete depending on what is all selected, to add another worksheet.

Worksheets have a lot of potential. It would be good if you could have them more interactive. For example if the user chooses "Fail" on a dropdown, you can have it show a text box asking why. Also, being able to add images in the worksheet would be great for onsite work, proof that you've done something on a client's site that is unstaffed.
