Tickets "Grouped By" only sorting every 100 tickets
Please change the Tickets window to sort "Grouped By" filtering for ALL TOTAL tickets, not just what is on the first page. For example, if there are 300 tickets in the system, and you Group By Priority, it doesn't show all High Priority first, it shows only for each individual page of 100 tickets.

An alternative to this would be to just allow more than 100 tickets to display on the first page, but yes, our Service manager complains when she realizes that the ticket she was looking for got bumped out of the grouping and on to the second page.
