Allow letters to be typed in the Extension field of Phone Numbers for Customers
The current setup allows multiple numbers to be recorded on a single customer and for numerical extensions to be recorded with each. I would like to be allowed letters in this field as well as numbers to notate a person attached to a number rather than an actual extension. Example:
Phone number (715) 387-1911 for Mike could display on the sheet as
(715) 387-1911 xMike

This would be a very helpful feature. We have customers with multiple contacts, and multiple phone numbers, and it would be very beneficial to be able to designate which number belongs to who.
