    As an MSP I deal with business clients. It would be GREAT if we could add their logo, and perhaps some other basic customization options to their portal.

  2. We need a way to re-order worksheets as they are automatically added to the tickets

    We need a way to control what order worksheets are added in to the system. For example, we have a diagnosis, virus removal, final checks, and closeout worksheet that is added to virus removal jobs. But, when adding the sheets, the system will put diagnosis AFTER the virus removal sheets. This doesn't make sense. In the custom field editing page, please make it possible to assign an order of insertion for the worksheets.

  3. Paid stamp when printing out

    Is it possible to automatically show the format of payment and date on the paid stamp if the invoice is printed out? for example....

    PAID Cash on 22/01/16 stamp when printing a copy of the invoice.

    At the moment I have to physically write the date and payment method on our paper copies.

  4. Change default for assigning tech to tickets

    Assigning techs to tickets is helpful but it would be better if the default was not the person who created the ticket. It would be preferred if the default was to not assign the ticket to anyone until a specific tech is chosen.

  5. Enable the Customer Purchase from within a Ticket to an asset in that ticket

    Hi, its seems this was requested previously but I dont think it has been implemented, although the request is marked completed...there were multiple requests in said request. To lift the part I would like to see: ''You cannot "buy/trade-in" an existing asset. For example, a customer books in a device (an asset) for repair, we open a ticket, the device turns out to be unrepairable (or to expensive to fix) and the customer wants to trade it in to cover the cost of the ticket'' Thanks

  6. Late Fee ENHANCEMENTS to indicate Payment Terms

    1. Can Late Fees be upgraded to adjust the QTY to how many times the late fee has incurred (ie. If it's a once per month charge and it's three months past due it would be QTY 3). Then, just leave the RATE field as-is for the late charge on the invoice.

    2. Can you make the late fee's description on invoices read out the way we have it listed in Payment Terms? So instead of it just saying "Late Fee" with no explanation, it would say something like "Late Fee: $5…

  7. Mobile Compatible Appointment Sliders

    The sliders on the Ticket Appointment section are far from mobile compatible. Updating to something that can be easy to do in say mobile Safari would be great.
    I use an iPad Pro with the full website for many onsite service calls. And creating a new appointment is aggravating playing with the slider to get at appropriate time.

  8. Extra wiki pages per customer

    Ability to add extra customer wiki pages instead of just one. Plus, it's useful to be able to add a title to the wiki (an extra field) while still tagging the wiki to get customer.

  9. Merge Estimates and/or Link Estimate To Ticket

    My team has made the mistake of creating an estimate without having it linked to a ticket first. It would be helpful to either be able to merge estimates together to get it linked to a ticket and or be able to link an estimate to a ticket after it's been created.

  10. Customizeable Dashboard widgets

    Would like to see the ability to customize the widgets on the dashboard with custom criteria and to be able to drag and drop and arrange them.

    Try our new dashboard, and also our Domo integration. I’m pretty sure our domo integration gets you something similar to brightguage.

  11. Track Internal Projects

    It would be nice to have a spot to track internal projects without it clogging up the ticket dashboard. Basically a spot for projects that you'd like to accomplish in spare time.

  12. Automatic Email Manager - Improve Marketr

    Hi,

    Marketr is a very good idea but is very limited right now. It would be a very powerful tool if you add more triggers and options.

    For example, we want to send an automatic email to customers with open Tickets that are some days old. We want to send something like "We didn't forget you. We know your Ticket is pending and we are working fast to help you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience" to customers that have an open ticket of 7 days old.

  13. Add Option to Snail Mail Statemetns

    Currently the only account statement options are:

    -Create PDF
    -Email
    -Make "$X.XX" Payment

    Many of our customers request a "Snail Mail" account statement so they can get us paid. We could definitely benefit from the automation of a one click "Snail Mail" button for the account statement.

  14. Timeclock access on mobile app

    On occasion, I use the RS mobile app to access, view, and enter time on tickets. One thing that would be awesome at times is access to clocking in and out from the mobile app, as on occasion I don't have access to a computer immediately upon starting or ending my day.

  15. drop down menus in the invoice section "ADD FROM INVENTORY" (NOT the add manual item)

    On the invoices in the ADD FROM INVENTORY section you can type the item your looking for which is fine for general purpose, but if you have a common named item with 100 or so variations of that item, you have to scroll forever to find the one you want. So why not enter the item name, then have a drop down menu(s) to select a variation, and it have the ability to add additional drop menus if further variation selection is needed.

    for ex.:

    search bar --- main Jet
    drop menu 1 --- mikuni or drop menu 2 ---…

  16. add a custom page feature to embed external pages

    It would be nice if there was a way to add a page to the dashboard which could embed an external website (i.e. a Google Calendar or chat module from another website). That way users could add their own functionality to the software without having to wait for it to be added to RepairShopr.

  17. Ticket Linking for Project Management and Better Diagnosis - Similar to Invoice Progress Bar

    Why not have the ability to link tickets and then put them in the Diagnostic box. Similar to how the invoiced box works with multiple invoices?

    This may be an easy way to provide a starter solution to project management and to provide easier diagnosis without searching through tickets.

  19. Create a ticket by scanning the Asset barcode

    Can we please have the facility of creating a ticket (Click on New Ticket) and have the ability to scan the Asset barcode to automatically attached that asset to the ticket without having to go through the process of adding an asset manually. This would also then automatically add the customers details that the asset is currently linked to. In our experience its very rare for the asset to change owners. If the asset has changed owner then being able to easily update the asset with the new owners details.

    This would speed up the check-in process dramatically as people…

  20. Time Clock - Get notifications if someone manually changes time.

    Notify ownership / upper management / HR- if any one manually adjusts time, that way you can find a reason on why this may keep happening.
