Extra wiki pages per customer
Ability to add extra customer wiki pages instead of just one. Plus, it's useful to be able to add a title to the wiki (an extra field) while still tagging the wiki to get customer.

Yes! This is much need.
The other option would be to just create a customer header in the Wiki, and then have subpages for everything

This would be an extremely helpful addition. Plus the ability to mark each page public or private. This would allow to build up a proper knowledge base instead of one massive page that contains everything.
