Plain paper receipt printing
Please add the ability to print to plain paper for receipts. I tried printing on plain paper instead of using a Star printer, but the top and left edges of printing are cropped off by some few pixels even when printing to three different laser printers. Alternatively, please increase the top and left margins for printing receipts on plain paper. PDFs of receipts look just fine. I'd rather not have to generate PDFs and print them.

Time Sheet Reporting - Schedule
The time sheet report is great, however it would be good if we could add a schedule to it.
We send the report to our accountant every Monday morning for the previous week. It would save a lot of manual work if I could set an email address for the report to be sent automatically at a set time.
IE - Previous week time report sent to XXX at 9.00am every Monday morning.

Give the ability to change the name of the tech on outbound emails to clients
For privacy reasons, some people do not want their First and Last name displayed on their company emails.

Document attachments in Vendor Detail
It would be helpful to be able to attached documents in the Vendor Detail section. We could then add pdf price lists etc. for easy review.

Ability to Sort the Open Ticket Dashboard by the Ticket Number
I have lot's of tickets at any one time. It would be really nice to be able to sort the open ticket dashboard by the Ticket ID number.
Since you require it to be an integer this really shouldn't be hard to do.

Communications Log
All tickets will now have a separate input for Communications, basic notes on voicemails or conversations with clients over the phone or by email. This will then be reported in a Log where you can see the last date that particular ticket had it's Communication updated similar to Geek Squad's Call log system for anyone familiar with that system. This will make communication with older tickets and help prioritize older tickets vs newer ones!

This is also important from the client perspective as they often view a redirect to another site as a potential security issue.

require a "How did you hear about us" with only new created clients
We don't need to know if they are already in our system. but if we have to create a new client profile it would be nice to have a dropdown and find out how they found us. google, facebook, friend, walked by, etc.

Threaded Notes / Ref Numbers
Make it so that a tech or admin can refer to a previous note in a new note. This could be either a reference number link or a threaded conversation.

Offline APP
Alot of times we do go onsite and there is no cell service or not good. If we could fill out forms and get sign from customer then when it connected it would sync this would be supper helpful

Add signature options for app
We get sign off from customers for every job and having a place where we could quickly add a signature into the job would be great and then being able to easy pull off as a image. this would be supper helpful

Allow for display of Inventory item photos in other places i.e. Estimates / Invoices
It would be great if we could use the photos we upload for Inventory items (parts, labor, materials, etc) in various other places on the RS platform. We would love to put these photos to use on our Estimates for example.
Currently, once a photo is uploaded and attached to an Inventory item's page, it's useless on any other page.

Make multiple scans of same stock item show up as one line item
When scanning a multiples of an item in POS, for instance a customer buys 20x 2m network cables. The items show up as 20 separate line items. Can this me made to show up as one line item with a quantity of 20.

Free shipping integrations
Can we please please please get an option for a shipping integration which offers a free plan? It's great that we can use ShipRush or ShipStation but they both charge at least $20 a month and that's ridiculous for us folks with low volume or few mail-ins. Can we please get a integration for a service which offers a plan with no subscription fee (eg Packlink PRO, Easyship, ShippyPro etc) Thanks

Copy / Clone logistics
I work in the warehousing of a repair and retail chain that use RepairShopr and sometime I need to create multiples of the same logistic to our different stores.
It would be great if it were possible to clone logistics similar to POs, choose a from and to location and retain the same quantities. Sometimes the logistics I send can be 50-80 items long.
If this were possible it would same countless time instead of manually creating a new logistic every time

Fulfilling orders with Logistics
Our stores sell each others stock sometimes which can lead to variances in the stock when a colleague processes an order for something that is in stock in another store (a large box item for example). Sometimes this can lead to a variance in the stock if it is processed as a sale instead of crediting the customer's account, or if the stock is not in the selling store.
We can fulfill pending orders on invoices with POs, so would it be possible to have the same functionality with logistics? This would save a lot of headaches fulfilling pending items,…

Estimates: ticket notes and notifications when estimates are declined or accepted.
I recently noticed that an estimate had been declined a few minutes after sending them an email to ask if they wanted to proceed. There was no mention of who declined the estimate or when in the ticket notes or the admin-only details.
I would like there to be an automatic ticket note when an estimate is declined or accepted, including who marked it that way.
It would be nice to also have the option of getting some kind of notification on a per-estimate basis, but the ticket note is much more important.

Show Internal Ticket Warning at top of Customer, Ticket, and Invoice pages
I like having Internal Ticket Warnings, but would wish to see them all the time when working with a Customer record, their Tickets, and their Invoices, not just when creating a new ticket. This would be especially useful for us to know which customers only like to receive phone calls, not email.
