Hidden AUDIT page and corresponding REPORT for global admins to review DELETIONS
PROBLEM: Having a hard time doing proper audits and reviewing reports that link to changed data and/or deleted data. Often, managers will fix simple issues (like deposits linked to the wrong job, etc) but it's hard to know exactly what they changed and why. Since many pages don't contain complete audit logs for global admins to review, and deleted pages don't have any audit logs available at all, it would be helpful to keep all of this data together.

Create and Send Recurring invoice before its due or charged to CC
I had a request from a client to send them recurring invoices before they are charged to their card. (say 7 day, or 14 days in advance). Currently there is no option for this.
It would be nice to have something like "Creation date" when it could make the invoice and email it. and then a separate "charge date" when it would charge the card on file. Or some sort of option like "create and send invoice X days before charging".

adding date to individual line items.
We have business customers who get a single monthly invoice. We can set this up as a recurring invoice and then it pulls all the ticket line items automatically at the end of the month and places them on the invoice. We could possibly be adding anywhere from 10-40 line items in a month. Many of our customers want an easy way to know what day of the month that each line item was performed. Synchronize purchase order numbers and ship to addresses to Quickbooks
Along the same lines as many other users here, shouldn't it be a standard feature for RepairShopr to send the customer purchase order number as well as the ship-to address to Quickbooks? We have many customers with different billing and shipping addresses, not to mention multiple locations across the country. This information is a requirement for your customers.

Be able to CC another email contact when sending canned responses.
Be able to cc another email contact. We have several companies that have branches all over the country. They send us a ticket which is allocated to their branch, but Head Office wants a copy of the ticket so they know what is going on

Allow us to add an asset from the ticket detail screen.
I have an auto created ticket here, im looking at the ticket detail screen.
There is no obvious way to add an asset to it.

Custom colours in ticket comments
Currently, all ticket comments are white or yellow.
It would be good if we could add custom colours for ticket comments.
Yellow is used for private notes written by Techs as well as SMS messages.
I would like to see a way to differentiate between private and SMS.

Search custom assets fields
We should be able to search for keywords in fields created in Assets. For example: If I create a field for OS type, I should be able to search and find all the assets with a certain version of Windows installed.
Even better: I should be able to email all the customers who have a certain OS type. This could be very profitable when used to email customers about upgrades.

SMS: Forward SMS to tech's mobile number
It would be aweseome if, when a customer sends a text to the RepairShopr number asking for a status update, if that text could be forwarded to the tech's mobile. Then tech could reply to the text, which RepairShopr would then forward to customer.

Auto printr handling inventory labels
We are new to repairshopr and currently switching from an old system, we are finding the label printing a bit lackluster. Having to open to pdf and print that way does not seem the most efficient way of doing this. Auto Printr should be able to take over and auto print labels. I would believe it would need to know what size of labels it is using as well.

Add the ability to change payment method from within the customer portal.
We would like the customers to be able to choose their payment type.
currently, the customer portal will only display the first Credit Card payment method you specified in your Payment Method settings.

Add notifications for incoming communications.
When adding a manual entry to the communications log, for instance a phone
call, visit etc, there does not seem to be any way to send this to slack
using the notifications?
Is it possible to add this please?

Merge as Contact
We often get requests from individuals either using a personal e-mail account for company requests or from customers who only use gmail addresses for their business. We need a "merge as contact" option to get their account merged in to the main account but preserve their contact info so future requests automatically come in under the main company account. Currently, we have to merge their account and then manually add their contact information.

Calendar/Appointment Scheduler Should Honor Free/Busy Status
As in most appointment booking/availability apps, RepairShopr should honor the Free/Busy status of each event. If an event is marked as "Busy", it should block the time as unavailable in RepairShopr, but if a calendar event is set to "Free", it should show as available in RepairShopr.

Worksheet Completion Reporting
Would be great to see a report of worksheet completion. We have worksheets for tickets setup that are not getting done. Would be nice to start seeing the completion rate for accountability.
