If appointments are synced to a group calendar as described in the Knowledge Base there is no field or mention of who a appointment is assigned to.

Invoice code with real examples
Is there a way that other users would be willing to share what their invoices look like and then the code that you used so I can copy and paste it?
I'm not great at maneuvering in the editor and its getting really frustrating to have things cut off and word wrapping at the wrong times.

add an email customer option next to the pdf button in Customer Purchases
Emailing a customer a copy of the Customer purchase pdf is a multi setp process currently. need to open the pdf save it then manually open the email client enter the customer email and attach the pdf. Why it isn't an option to email from Repairshopr escapes me. tickets invoices etc all have that option

AN OPTION TO PRINT TICKET DETAILS/CHARGES BEFORE CREATING AN INVOICE
It would be super helpful to have an option to print a ticket's details (ie: what parts or charges have been added to the ticket) WITHOUT having to create an invoice. There are many situations in which techs or customers would like to view charges or parts used on a work order before the ticket has been resolved or invoiced.
There is another suggestion for this but it's been under review since 2016. This feature would be super helpful and convenient!!!

I NEED an alternative sign in Method, Prefer Smart Card
I have a significant number of people that use a single account. These are my "service writers". Production has asked me to add the ability to note who actually created the ticket, for better situation management. Of course I can do this, I just need to add more users. These folks are not highly computer literate, and Getting them to remember log in methods, pins, etc is a pain. I NEED a simple way for them to log in. Add "enable notification" option for individual tickets
My coworkers and I work flexible schedules and there are times when one of us may be out and subsequently miss a reply to an important ticket that we own. In our workflow, it's important for us to maintain the ownership of our own tickets, even when we are out. Our client volume makes it unwieldy for us to all receive notifications when there are replies to any ticket. Unique barcode for every product instance
I would like to see a feature for product instances, specifically refurbed devices like smartphones, where each device can have a unique barcode. The system will automatically put in the IMEI number for the barcode and that doesn't work. This would make it easier to search and find bought and sold secondhand devices in the system and make the process more streamlined.

Single Line instock label button for receiving inventory but not all items.
Add a print label button for receiving inventory but for each line instead of all labels. Not all my inventory uses the dymo labels some use a label gun I have.

More Robust Contact Management (Vendors / Customers / Contactors / etc)
It would be nice if there was a "Contacts" section that stored your Vendors / Customers / Contactors / etc. I would just like to see more options for keeping track of relationships with much more than just customers!

Add purchase orders to logistics
Just something to add to the non-critical list. It would be great to have a more intuitive PO module. POs are actually logistics and should show on that screen too. Also, it would be nice to have a place to add tracking numbers and links. PO's should have a link to the vendor's profile. Basically, the whole vendor/PO system should have a make-over. They are related and should be re-built around each other and link to each other. When everything else is done, of course ;)

Mobile & Phone number in calendar
I would like to see the mobile and phone number listed in description when synced to Google Calendar as well...
At the moment it will only show the customers "phone" quite often, we may need to contact the customer on there mobile, and it's easier for the field agents to have access to these details within the calendar..
Would this be possible?

Would be great to add comments to any order, parts order
Would love to be able to add comments to order, parts orders, ect.. Ideally it would also be nice to specify how we pay for items. Love the new purchase order entry. Great job.

This is a very useful tool especially for companies placing unique PO's all the time. Once I view completed items can you please insert a button so that I can return to Parts Order Tracker Main Page? Also Once the part is in could there be away to auto update the ticket?

purchase order re-order lists populated from product categories
When creating a purchase order, you can populate a list of low stock items from all stock or from a specific supplier. It would be very useful to be able to select a product category or several categories even. For instance i purchase inks from 3 different suppliers, the winning order generally goes to who ever has the best pricing and the most items in stock.

Allow Rearranging of Dashboard Tickets
It would be incredibly helpful for me to be able to arrange tickets how I want (prioritize tickets) so that while I'm out of the office the tech's working at the shop have a better idea of where to prioritize.

Add option to Appointment Booking Module to allow time between appointments for single technician
I am a single technician, and I need to allow travel time between appointments. When there is more than 1 technician on staff, this is normally not an issue. So it would be great if, when there is only 1 technician on staff and available, there was an option to DISALLOW customers from scheduling an appointment for X number of minutes following any currently scheduled appointments.
