  2. Introduce a Pay Now button on each invoice that we email out instead of customers having to log in to the portal

    Introduce a Pay Now button on each invoice and a Pay Deposit button on each estimate that we email out instead of customers having to log in to the portal. This would surely speed up payments and would save explaining to clients about the portal every time. Just a thought...

  3. Change the order of viewing all a client's tickets to newest first

    When we pull up a customer record, it display their most recent tickets, newest first. But if the ticket we want to look at isn't there (and it might only be the next one down), clicking View All Tickets for the client displays them as oldest first. For consistency - and since odds are we want to see recent stuff rather than 3 years back - couldn't the full listing be newest first too?

    Allow deletion of disabled users

    Allow email accounts for disabled users to be used for a new user without creating a dummy email to over ride.

    Allow email accounts in users to be the same
    ---Technicians group can all share tech@.....com

    Do not force email account for new user

  6. Asset retirement / archiving

    I was trying to archive/hide old, defunct assets no longer in use for a particular client (they have new ones I'm managing), but there doesn't seem to be a way. I don't want to "merge" them with current endpoints, nor do I want to delete them, as they're attached to existing (albeit long-closed) tickets.

    Any chance we could get the option to "archive" or otherwise hide assets that are no longer used or accessible? Would also be useful for when clients are archived, say after offboarding. I don't have hundreds (thousands, etc) of assets to track, so it's not critical…

  7. Ticket title on the dashboard description

    It would be very helpful to have the ticket title apart of the dashboard short description. (Email isn't helpful at a glance if space needs to be made)

  8. Mobile & Phone number in calendar

    I would like to see the mobile and phone number listed in description when synced to Google Calendar as well...

    At the moment it will only show the customers "phone" quite often, we may need to contact the customer on there mobile, and it's easier for the field agents to have access to these details within the calendar..

    Would this be possible?

  9. purchase order re-order lists populated from product categories

    When creating a purchase order, you can populate a list of low stock items from all stock or from a specific supplier. It would be very useful to be able to select a product category or several categories even. For instance i purchase inks from 3 different suppliers, the winning order generally goes to who ever has the best pricing and the most items in stock.

  10. Allow Rearranging of Dashboard Tickets

    It would be incredibly helpful for me to be able to arrange tickets how I want (prioritize tickets) so that while I'm out of the office the tech's working at the shop have a better idea of where to prioritize.

  11. Add option to Appointment Booking Module to allow time between appointments for single technician

    I am a single technician, and I need to allow travel time between appointments. When there is more than 1 technician on staff, this is normally not an issue. So it would be great if, when there is only 1 technician on staff and available, there was an option to DISALLOW customers from scheduling an appointment for X number of minutes following any currently scheduled appointments.

    I often work early or late hours when our retail store is closed and because the till is closed I can't input BACs transaction that appear within our bank. Could it be made possible to input Certain types of transactions without the need to activate a till?

  13. parts order tracker heading change + column request

    Currently on the parts order tracker, the heading for a given part order cost is 'Price'... which is a little misleading as this is actually the cost of the item. Would love to see this changed to 'Cosd' instead as there have been a few times that my staff have given the cost of the item as the price of the item when talking to customers... and because of this and whilst i know this generally breaks the rule of 1 dea 1 post this does go hand in hand with this request.   15. Add accessible Stats for non-Admin uers

    It would be great if the different techs could see there own number of 'invoiced' tickets day to day, and each others. This would create some (friendly) competition and jokes between techs.

    I know that I would like to know if I had fixed the most, and if I hadn't, knowing that I was bottom of the table would motivate me.

    Add ability to enter custom ticket codes such as "failed to repair" that will still math the ticket "resolved".

  17. Automated Payment Confirmation

    Hello!

    I was wondering of it would be possible to automatically send a payment confirmation email to clients after a payment has been posted to an invoice. I have several clients who mail cheques / pay by electronic transfer, and it would be great if I didn't have to manually resend another copy of the invoice to show the client their payment has been successfully taken.

  18. Stock Take needs to be more user friendly

    Fully integrated Repair Shopr this year and the Stock Take definately needs some changes. I inventory my entire small store and found it extremely frustrating to have to scroll all the way down the page to see if an item scanned. The recently searched item don't need to be there in my opinion. I want to see what is scanning rather than what was searched. Also, it would be nice to just scan the item once and enter the count. The manually search function with it's big ole numeric keypad is kind of silly.

  19. Link inventory items to actual purchase orders

    When looking at an item in the inventory, it would be nice to see the past purchase orders for it. As of now, we don't know what was paid for the last order unless one goes to the purchase orders and find the one that was used to order it.

  20. Searchable Purchase Orders

    Purchase orders are not searchable based on invoice number or order number provided by vendor or by item name - some basic search functionality would be helpful
