  1. Auto generate Tickets via NinjaRMM Alerts

    The ability to have NinjaRMM alerts configured to automatically generate a ticket. Example: Critical Alerts from Customer XYZ weekdays from 9am to 5pm auto generates a ticket assigned to Customer XYZ's technician.

  4. Custom fields (in beta UI) show more items

    In the beta UI:
    -can we make it such that the custom fields shows more than the default? I have customized that area to include a lot of information to do with the customer and I would like to see it in one glance (like in the old UI) rather than a pop up "view all" option

  6. Make Marketr Templates customizable

    Not sure how the marketr templates are helpful if they're not customizable. They're designed really well, but if the promo detailed inside is not one you want to offer or doesn't apply to your business isn't it all for naught?

  7. Beta UI adds horizontal scrollbar on firefox

    Enabling the beta ui on firefox quantum for me adds a vertical white bar on the far right about the width of the feedback button itself and causes a horizontal scroll bar along the bottom to show the white bar. If you do choose to switch to the beta ui please have an option to go back to the classic ui just in case.

  8. Separate Internal Comments from Automations

    Please somehow separate Internal comments and automations. Just a color change would suffice. My technician and myself find that we overlook Internal comments because they blend together with the Yellow-colored Automations. Maybe comments can be yellow, and Automations could be Orange or Green?

    A report that lists prices without cost would be customer-viewable, and be very handy to print out for reference.

  11. Allow PrePayment of Scheduled invoices

    I Request that You allow the Recurring invoices, to Deduct from a customer account Credit balance. and in the event that the customer account does not have enough credit in the account, to auto bill the credit card on file.

    Say a company wants to do , monthly checkups with us, and wants to Pre pay, for our services,for lets just say an entire year. instead of sending a check, or reconciling a payment in their credit card account every month.
    we would bill a Recurring invoice, for 1 visit a month, that would auto deduct from the prepayment, or…

  12. Country field and attachment for Vendors (+ Printing address Label)

    It would be handy to have a field on the Vendor sheet for their country address.
    It would also be nice to be able to attach files to their profile for example their terms and conditions, warranty policy, etc.
    Printing their address label for return would also be a huge plus.

    I use the Android app, several employees use the apple app, they are kicking my butt and I feel lame, is there a way to make the android app as fast and effective as the apple app?

  14. Quick entry of Internal Comments

    On the Tickets tab when you have all tickets showing, a simple pop up box just for internal comments. Saves going into the ticket and scrolling down. Then back out of ticket to update others. So for technicians who are on the go consistently, this will speed things up no end!

    We run several businesses out of one ConnectWise instance but we like the features of RepairShopr and what it would add to our MSP Business. If possible, let ConnectWise house the data and RepairShopr provide additional resources above and beyond ConnectWise.

  16. Training & help using the features in RSr

    Three are so many cool things we think we could do in RSr. But as a new company, RSr, a lot of these things are still a bit "scriptie" needing some special tweaking that isn't always very easy to find. Documentation is always hard to keep up with so there is often no documentation or it isn’t current etc.

    We’d like better phone support and or training to use some of these things. We’d love to use Marketr more but can't figure out how to get it to do the things we need.

    IWe’d love to create custom email teammates…

  17. Feedback on new UI beta design.

    We use the additional properties of an asset in virtually every ticket. A fast way to view them without opening the asset page would be appreciated.

    New ticket page design feels very drab. Not sure if it's the increased amount of background-gray being exposed on the left side or the relative lack of colors, probably both. The little color that remain are noticeably more dark too which doesn't help.

    Textbox is only 2 rows which is smaller than the majority of our messages we write, would like ~5-7 rows as default size.

  19. Issue Type should be mandatory when closing a ticket.

    Tickets created from inbound email (leads) automatically populate Issue Type as "Other"

    Techs will just leave it that way preventing us from being able to report on Issue Type. Before a ticket can be marked resolved/closed we should be able to require a selection. Other is not a selection. Issue Type should be mandatory when closing a ticket. It was suggested that we use ticket reminders to help our techs remember but unfortunately, this won't work unless its a required field.
