  3. Consignment

    I would like to know if it would be possible to do a consignment section in Repair Shopr. We sell outdoor power equipment and take things in from customer that we can sell and take a percentage but when we do this we also do a complete inspection and take the cost of the service and parts out of the sale price. I like the customer purchase screen but don't want it to show that the store made a several thousand dollar profit when it didn't. Is there a way to set up a consignment feature to sell other peoples…

  4. Auto Purchase Mail Credits

    I want to see a module where I can tell RepairShopr that when we have x amount of mail credits left to automatically purchase another block of them. We just found out the system didn't have enough credits to send out all our recurring invoices and it's been almost three weeks since they should have been sent.

  5. Dispatching

    It would be nice to have a dispatching add-on. Something that allows techs to notify the end user that they are on the way to their location and tracks the techs location so that the end user will be able to verify the tech is on the way. It will help out with having to constantly contact the end user’s who are waiting for techs who are possibly stuck in traffic. It would also help end user’s keep appointments. Several times, techs go to the end user’s residence and the end user is not home, doesn’t answer the door, etc. …

  6. Dynamic Asset Fields

    Would like to see dynamic asset fields when managing assets fields and while inputting new assets.

    What I mean by dynamic fields is have the fields prompts change as the user makes selections. As an example if I have a computer asset type. When I select the manufacturer the model types will only show that manufactures options base don how I entered the asset fields in the asset management screen. This would basically allow us to use 1 asset type for every single asset since the fields would change based on selections.

  7. Bundle items + Select serial number on add/view charges ticket

    Hi,

    I have a lot of bundle items wich contains serialized product.
    It would be very helpful to be able to select serial number directly in the add/view charges ticket as with non bundled items.

  9. How can I....

    FILTER LOCATIONS IN THE TICKET VIEW?!?!?! :( It doesn't look like that exists. Can location specific searches be added to anyone with administrative or supervisory views of this system? It will make backtracking to find monetary discrepancies way easier.

  10. Notification in invoice when there is no dollar amount entered for item being sold

    when we fill out a preliminary invoice and use serialized parts and do not have a serial number to enter the system will let us sale the invoice with no amount for these parts, so we lose the money. is there a way for the system to alert us to the fact that no dollar amount is enterd on the invoice?

  11. Add Global Attachment

    I would like a section of the system where I can upload a file and have it globally available to attach to ticket emails, estimates, the "Email to Customer" from the customer page, etc.

    The reason for this is that we have multiple forms that are sent to every new customer that calls in. Having this available would be extremely useful, as right now we need to attach a blank form to every new ticket we create as well as for every estimate.   12. Streamline adding Canned responses

    Currently you can click on Canned response and insert a response that is already set up into a ticket. In order to add a new Canned response you have to click on the “modify” link. This takes you out of the ticket you were working on and directs you to the Canned responses in the Admin section.
    What I’m suggesting is that the “modify” link should be a button next to the canned response button. The modify link should not take you to the admin section, it should just create a pop out that allows you to add a single…

    As far as i can find there are no where we can see what the custom message is as we cannot see the email sent by the system. Would it be possible for the system to enter a the bottom of invoice screen (under changes or whatever it is called) what the custom message was, or post a copy of invoice?

  17. drop down menus in the invoice section "ADD FROM INVENTORY" (NOT the add manual item)

    On the invoices in the ADD FROM INVENTORY section you can type the item your looking for which is fine for general purpose, but if you have a common named item with 100 or so variations of that item, you have to scroll forever to find the one you want. So why not enter the item name, then have a drop down menu(s) to select a variation, and it have the ability to add additional drop menus if further variation selection is needed.

    for ex.:

    search bar --- main Jet
    drop menu 1 --- mikuni or drop menu 2 ---…

  18. Add drawer pop to the customer purchase and also add a toggle to users to have the Pop drawer enabled/disabled.

    I really need my employees to have limited access to popping the drawer. My solution right now is to add the register and receipt printer to a separate PC with auto printer installed, but I need the Customer purchases to auto pop the drawer. Adding POS specific drawer pop commands would solve the need to add a separate machine.

    Drawer pop is the single largest issue I have with repair shopr and will determine if I keep the service after I expand to a new location in the coming year.

  19. Afterpay Integration

    afterpay is becoming a pretty common payment method (here in australia anyway) seeing in crop up everywhere, i have had a few customers come in that are asking after it, and it has interested me on the idea. i would like to see this looked into as a computer sale business it makes sense to offer payment plans on items with minimal risk, (all risk is consumed by afterpay and the company selling the goods gets paid the items full value upfront.)
