Pricing according to the payment terms
We offer different prices to customers that are paying in advance, customers that are paying cash and customers that are on payment terms such as Net30. I would like to have the ability to have at least 3 different prices for the same product. Right now we have to edit the price every time so we can keep track of the serial numbers.

Worksheet required per ticket status
I'd like a worksheet to be required to be filled out before it can enter or leave a particular status, even custom status. We have our tech do the work, but they do not mess with billing. We have a custom status called Ready to Invoice. The tech does work, then sets it Ready to Invoice. The a different person handles the billing side, and when an invoice is made its set to resolved then. The tech should have a worksheet completed before it could get to billing. thanks

Related ticket Info on Invoice
On your new format, there is no related ticket info on the invoice. Must go back to the ticket to see related info. On your old format, related ticket info was seen on related invoice as well.

Please, Please, Please - Add recurring appointments to your calendar.
I have multiple meetings that occur every month. Recurring appointments are critical to me being able to use RepairShopr's calendar. The whole point of us moving to RepairShopr is to get everything on one platform. Without recurring appointments, I will have to use Google calendar which really defeats the purpose of moving to Repairhopr in the first place.

Purchase Order Note Field On Main PO Screen.
We have started to heavily use the purchase order module. On any given day we can have 15-20 new purchase orders generated and have 20-50 open purchase orders.
As items arrive, it is very difficult to match the item that has arrived with the purchase order. Especially on eBay and secondary market purchases where you most likely will not get an invoice or anything in the package that you can match the total up with.
The current PO screen shows the PO number, vendor, ETA, price, but no indication as to what the item is.

Customer replied
when a customer replies, the ticket status should not be changed to "customer reply". Because it is confusing me as I can not see the previous ticket status, was it "in progress"? was it "waiting for parts" etc.
Please if you want to show that the customer replied, do it temporarily and bring the status back to the previous one after marking that the message is read.
Please find the solution for this or just do not update the status just show as a notification if the customer replies.

appointments booking with routing (Viamente)
Hello, it would be great if the appointments could be expanded. We currently have 4 full-time field engineers. The current system uses an API with viamente which works great but working with repairshopr would be great. Itwould be great to add appointments with rules such as ZIP/Postcode call types then the system creates the service route. This is one of the main holdbacks from us switching over to repair shopr completely

This may be more of a New Zealand thing. Most mobile plans here are bundled, e.g 2gb data, x number of call minutes, unlimited txts. The txts however are only between cell phone numbers. Replying to a txt from repairshopr (e.g even just sending an "A" for approval) is technically a premium txt which costs minimum 20c. When people have bundled plans, they are generally only charged the plan amount. So someone will pay $20 a month for mins,txts,data and then have a nil account balance. System wide SMS Template
Some of SMS's sent from tickets have a template based on contact issue type and some don't.
If we send an SMS using an issue type without a template the message goes out without any link to our business.
So, I suggest you allow template that is applied to all SMS's sent from the system. For example, I'd like to add to all SMS's sent from us "Hello from MacMan"

Separate customers from non customer via lead
I understand if we have a sales and a support mailbox you can decide to keep emails received to the sales mailbox as leads (no auto ticket creation) and for the support mailbox we auto create a ticket. However, we would like to have a simple check box that says "if the email address from incoming email is for an existing customer create ticket, if not create lead only".
We always receive emails in our support mailbox for non customers so having to delete from tickets and the new customer record can be an administration burden.

Estimate Manual Item - Cost and Price should be flipped back so cost comes before price. Since you buy an item before you sell it.

It would be nice to have the ability within invoice to have a check box to for sending invoices via US Postal.

Display line item price when adding to estimate
When adding line items to an estimate, It would help if along with the description of the product, we could see the actual part# and the cost of the line item in the search dropdown.

Asset detail
In the new beta UI, When I open an asset I'd like to be able to see all all fields without clicking on the '4 additional asset fields' link. Then getting a popup modal, and I still have to scroll if the asset has a lot of fields.

Show online payments & recurring payments on POS close of Day (drawer) screen and Z Reports
The new report at the bottom of the POS close of day screen is a great addition and helps when closing out the drawer for the end of the day. However it would be great if we could get a report of all the automatic payments and payments made through the portal that day as well. It would help us keep track of how we really did that day even easier.
