Allow notes on leads.
We always call to follow up on leads and it would be beneficial to be able make notes on what was discussed, without processing into a ticket.

On parts order list screen, add a quick button for received item.
Instead of editing the parts order, a quick received button would be great.

Api pagination information
It would be useful if the results returned from the api had some pagination information associated with it. Currently to check if there is another page you need to hard code the default result amounts from the api KB page:
Customers: 100
Invoices: 50
Leads: 20
Tickets: 100And if the return count is equal to the correct number, then pull another page and repeat. At minimum it would be nice to have the number of items per page so that if they change no code changes would be required.

RMM Integration - Comodo One
Comodo One RMM is up and coming and we are rolling it out to our clients. No as expensive as others - RMM is free BUT add any module i.e. AV and then its not.

Assign a Position to a Job
E.g what workbench it's on, what collection it's on. We currently write it on the worksheet but it gets lost within entries if there are multiple. Would be really useful to look at the job and see instantly where it is. (Maybe under the subject)

Turn Appointments Into Tickets
We would find it really useful if we could turn appointments into tickets - sometimes an onsite visit/meeting ends up with equipment being bought back to the workshop.
At the moment we either have to create a ticket and add an appointment to it or create an entire new ticket when the machine is brought back to the office.

It would be easy if SMS service would be available in estimates as well.

SMS on Leads
The email tab should be for communications and include both email and sms. That way if a customer sends in a text that does not require a ticket, you can simply reply via text and close the lead.

Add the ability to select ticket items individually and send to invoice
Instead of "Make Invoice" pushing all unbilled ticket items to an invoice, it would be very helpful to have the ability to tick the items you want to bill and then push to invoice. I realise that I can currently edit the new invoice and push line items back to unbilled on the ticket, but we have some tickets that have hundreds of hours on them and to be able to select the line items to be invoiced before "Make Invoice" would save a lot of time removing the unwanted line items from the new invoice.

Have the option to enter time in 24 hour (military) format
I think it would be more efficent to be able to enter time in 24 hour format instead of AM/PM. I don't think it needs to be displayed that way, but it would make entering time faster.

I tab and type a lot and there are many areas where RS does weird things but the labor log is the worst.It would be more natural to type 1700 [tab] 1730 {tab} description, than 0500p {tab} 0530p {click in the description box because if you don then the stupid time picker stays up, and never hit shift tab because then…

Make the Names of Products Bold When Searching on Invoices
I would like the name of a product to show up in bold when using the line item search field on an invoice. Currently all text looks the same and makes it hard to tell the line items apart. After the item name is a hyphen, so that is how we can tell the items apart, but having the name bold would be a huge help.

Customer ticket replies.
When we reply to customer within a ticket. It only sends an email to the person who started the conversation. We would like if a team member replies to the customer and the customer replies our whole team get the email reply instead of one person.

Have the ability to choose a specific payment method on a per invoice basis.
For example, when an invoice is over $1000, we only allow our client to pay by check. I would like to have the option to put on the invoice what payment methods we will accept. We used to have that feature in QuickBooks and it was great.

Disable/Enable choice on BCC to myself from the customer portal.
I know I am sending a portal invite to the customer. I would like to have a choice to enable or disable it, please. Or possibly set up someone else to receive the portal invites.

Employee task checklist
This is in two parts. First there is an under review on employee scheduling that several people upvoted. We agree. I would love it to send me an alert if an employee tries to clock in more than 30 minutes early or if they are staying over more than 30 minutes. I'd also like to assign daily checklists to employees for each shift -- i.e. cleaning duties, paperwork responsibilities, opening and closing checklists. etc.
