Sync PO shipping charges from RepairShopr to Quickbooks Online
Shipping charges on the RepairShopr PO never sync over to the Quickbooks Online PO. The QB PO is always less the shipping charges, and we have to go into each PO and bill manually in QB and add the shipping charges. Very frustrating and time consuming.
It would be awesome if, when we have a RS PO with shipping costs associated with it, it would automatically sync over as a shipping cost line item on the QB PO. This would make the process completely automated. Thanks!

Clone Custom Widgets
It would be nice if we could clone custom widgets if we are going to create a few that are similar to each other. For instance I'd like to add an appointment booking module to my website with the ability to book the following time slots and type and they are all very similar to each other but I don't want to build them all from scratch

Ticket notes in the New UI
Hey guys, my one big gripe with using the new ui so far is mainly the date being missing from ticket notes now, which means that I have to switch back to the old ui just to see what date a comment was made, most of the time it's not a problem but if today is friday and i made a comment 7 days ago on a ticket, the system will still say FRI without any date.
This caused a fair bit of confusion for us, so it would be AMAZING if you guys could add back the date.

Add Assigned Contacts from Customer Database
Assigned Contacts is a great feature, but to make it a bit more powerful, could you make it so assigned contacts actually creates a new customer. So an assigned contact is more of a linked profile.
This way we could have Bob as part of company ABC, Bob is ABC's assigned contact so we contact Bob for all ABC's repairs, But then Bob needs his personal device repaired. So Bob's partner Alice bring in his phone. We make Alice, Bob's Assigned contact, as we can't contact Bob at work. Then next time We may need to contact Bob if Alice's…4 votes -

It would be great to be able to convert an estimate to a PO as well as ticket or invoice.
Once we have an estimate accepted we have to order in the parts, being able to convert the quote straight to a PO as well as creating the ticket would be a great time saver. This function is available in Xero.

allows "canned responses" from estimate/invoice
you can send canned email responses from the ticket, but not when you create an invoice or estimate, it would be fantastic to open this option up to the estimate and invoice email screen

I want an automated way that if an estimate that is over 10 days old is re emailed and notifies the creator of the estimate as well
I would like to have the ability to send emails triggered based on aging estimates so that it will re send the estimate to the customer with a "Just a reminder, we are going to start charging you storage" message and remind the estimate creator to make a follow up call.

Add DEFAULT option for MERCHANT SURCHARGE FEE on Invoices alongside TAX field, below SUBTOTAL field.
This is now legal to do in all 50 US states. We paid over $15k in merchant fees last year. I'm done with it. Please add the option to auto-add this total to invoices by default, with the option to waive it if paying with cash/check.

Ability to choose email from address based on location
We have multiple stores and each store manages its own email.
Currently, RS only allows emails to be sent from one email address. This isn't too handy, someone has to monitor that email address and then forward on the email to the right store. It would be much better if you could set a from email address that was based on your logged in location. Estimates, invoices, ticket comments replies would then find there way back to the right owner.
You can set location specific email address in the big chain settings but this doesn't seem to be applied anywhere.

Allow customer sheets/forms that are accessible to customers
I would like to be able to create a customer sheet using all available variables that can be offered to customers for download. A little like the customer marketr etc.
My idea relates to a need to provide customers a postage form for them to send items to us. I currently had a custom PDF document Isent, hey print and fill out their details including ticket number then return it using half of the PDF as a postage label, the other as a packing slip.

Special Orders
I'm seriously missing an "Order" feature in this product. For example, in the last 2 POS systems I've used, there were Invoices, Orders, and Service Orders. Orders were for customers ordering normal stock or not-normal stock that you were either out of stock on, or didn't carry normally. The Orders would flow into a PO, and when the customer came to pickup, you would convert the order into an invoice. I don't see how to duplicate that workflow in RepairShopr.

Add Subscriptions and Reoccurring invoices to the Client Portal
At the moment any subscription or reoccurring invoice we create for a customer is not available under the clients portal. The only time a reoccurring invoice is view-able is when the due date is reached and an actual invoice is created. We really need the option to allow clients to be able to view the subscription or reoccurring invoice they have signed up for.
For example, every service I have signed up for, whether personal or business, allows me to see what subscriptions I have signed up for. It is common practice. It appears it did exist back on 2015…

Custom Field with Luhn algorithm for IMEI
To integrate Luhn algorithm into custom field. It will reduce mistakes while adding IMEI of a phone device on a ticket. Many sites for unlocking phones have it.
