  2. Add Asset Name to Ticket "Customize Columns" setting

    When you are in the Ticket list screen it would be nice to have a columm for "Asset Name" so you can identify what ticket is what when looking at the list.

  3. Invoice Organization

    Currently the only way to organize our list of invoices on the Invoices page is either by the date the invoice was created or by the invoice number. Well since Invoices can be deleted and recreated this screws up the order in which invoices are being displayed.

    The idea is simple, offer the ability to organize the list of invoices in more ways such as check in date, date paid, etc.

  4. Short cut for posting private note/public note?

    which may seem a small thing but could be very helpful,
    eg. Control+enter for private note
    control+shift +enter for public note

  5. Email multiple people on estimates

    On tickets and invoices there's the option to email multiple people with updates. Not so with estimates. It would be nice to enable multiple CC's of estimates.

  6. Emails based on templates should display the whole email not just custom text input

    When sending Invoices and Estimates we currently have a box to type in Custom text. The problem is that I may want to slightly customise the template wording on the fly for a particular email, or I forget what the current template actually includes and often waste time checking the template before I send.

    If there was a "Preview" email function which showed the full email layout including tags converted to data, which happens in the background anyway, it would be awesome and a great time saver.

  7. CRM - Infustionsoft Integration

    Infustionsoft has become a great CRM. Integration would be great.

    It sucks when we call and places like Infusitonsoft recommend we switch to ConnectWise because they have integration with them. I say screw them, we use RepairShopr.

  8. Allow Creation and Edit of Appointment "END DATE"

    Our appointments are almost always more than 8 hours. Most last more than a few days. We would like to see another field (Date Picker) for appointment "End Date" when creating or editing an appointment. I don't know the actual database record contents but I believe it calculates an "End Date" & "Time" from the duration slider or from calendar adjustments. We just want to be able to pick the date/time when creating the appointment. Right now we have to create the appointment, link to google calendar, adjust it in google calendar, then let it sync back. it gets really…

  9. Allow the re-naming of the widget deivce options

    Ok so this is kind of hard to explain but instead of "Colors" and/or "Network" we should be able to write in what ever we want. it would help for things like custom PC builds which are not repairs

    Allow deletion of disabled users

    Allow email accounts for disabled users to be used for a new user without creating a dummy email to over ride.

    Allow email accounts in users to be the same

  11. Ability to rename Uploaded Pictures or attachments in Ticket

    My Techs use Tablets and take a fair number of pics to document problems. It would be nice to be able to rename these to something that identifies them when trying to view them at a later date. As it is you have to click on each one to see what it is.

  12. Facebook Appointments

    Hi,
    Can we make it possible to sync the appointments made on Facebook Page with RS Appointments?
    The FB Appointments are already syncing to the same google calendar RS is synced to. So maybe the link could either sync with FB or Google.
    This will be very helpful as a lot of customers use FB to make an appointment so instead of referring them to RS appointments, we keep them in FB but RS blocks the same time slot, in case we get an appointment in RS at the same time.

    Make Private comments editable.
    I know this has been raised before but it would be soooo helpful to be able to edit private comments so we can add job notes etc in a continuous stream rather than having to copy paste and throwing out all the date stamps.

  14. Be able to mark up a part or line item by a specific %

    I so badly want to be able to select my line item of 'Parts for Customers', enter the cost of what we paid, and then enter the % of what I want the mark up to be.

    Almost every piece of hardware we order for our customers is unique and custom. We have zero fixed costs as our prices change daily.

    Need an easy way to mark up parts without busting out the calculator.

    This should be a very easy addition! Please add it.

  15. View Current Running Labor Log Timer Notes

    It would be so helpful to be able to see what is actively running on the labor with a note. Right now when our tech clicks on the play button I can see that the clock is running but I can't see what the tech is working on because they put in the note what they are specifically working on.

    I'm currently using Izettle app and it makes tkaing payments very painful.

    I was contacting Izettle and they confirmed that they have API to make integration. They are available in: Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, UK Great Britain, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands

    Check on Izettle.com

    There is also one more system called Sumup (sumup.com)
    They also have ready API to connect: developer.sumup.com/rest-api

  18. Pending Ticket Charges

    Would it be possible to display the Pending Ticket Charges on estimation page, same as its display on invoice page? because any previous pending ticket chargers would need to be added to estimate for customer approval. spacially business customer issuing PO as per to the Estimation and we can issue invoice reference to customer PO.

    So, any pending charges must need to be included in estimate before it goes to Invoice.therefor kindly add this option to estimate page same as in invoice page.

  19. Start/stop timers from the new Active Timers page

    This would immediately save a lot of time for me. Managing timers for multiple tickets at once in the shop is a slog, and I'd love to do it from one page.

    It would also simplify the process for site visits, since I could keep that one page open in a tab on my phone. Opening the individual ticket page can take multiple minutes in areas with bad phone service.

  20. merge assets

    Please add the ability to merge assets. When deploying Kabuto agents to existing customers, it creates duplicate assets. I would love to merge these and retain the existing history on the new Kabuto asset.
